But do your homework - many are "dodgy" to say the least.

I would add bettingpartners (if you are okay with only being paid out in bitcoin) and fasttrackaffiliates. Those 5 I would consider the most trusted for US facing that convert (for me at least).

bettingpartners is good for sports.. for me.. but bovada is pretty much USA only, there is a new casino called ignition but i have not tried it.. Fasttrack converts very well for US traffic, I am going to add some others for some different software to see how they go.. golden spins also has a decent conversion on betsoft games

Right now fasttrack is an awesome converter "In the single digits per clicks" and the affiliate team have worked with me more than any program I know of, FTD value seems to be awesomely high too

The negative carry over doesn't seem to stop hundreds of new affiliates signing up each month .

Truth be told it does not affect the vast majority of affiliates and when it does we're always at hand to help out. I'm pretty sure we have cleared negatives for you on a number of occasions to help you get back in to the black.

If it does affect you it is likely because you are offering large bonuses with little in deposits. Still all it takes is a simple email and we will do everything in our power to get you earning again.
