Hi Lloyd,

Is the affiliate program for All Slots USA based in Israel? If so -- today was Sunday (a business day there), and I think some of our questions should have been answered today.

1. http:// www. affiliateguarddog. com/forums/all-slots-usa-no-more-payments-via-quick-tender-t2785.html

2. http:// www. affiliateguarddog. com/forums/all-slots-usa-questions-need-answers-t2789.html

3. Why did you guys create a new affiliate program when it doesn't seem like it was really necessary? Rewards didn't need to open a new affiliate program; neither did Vegas Affiliates. Some rationale behind Brightshare's decision would be appreciated. Thanks in advance....

Sometimes I wonder about their attitude to their businesspartners by not responding in a timely matter. If this board was mine I would remove them as a sponsor program, but this is just MO because I do not like what they are doing.

Same questions here plus adding :

- do you calculate the 15% fee for the USA version too ?
- why can't existing affiliates logon ?
- where all my us players ?

Janet has created an account for the purpose of answering all questions, BTW. I was notified of that this morning.

can they still use usemywallet to deposit?

Ifso, then what is the problem with paying us via QT?

Yes, but the Fortune and Red Returns offshoots (RevShare Affiliates and Red Returns USA) are already up and running perfectly, whereas the Brightshare/AllSlotsUSA system is not.

Hi

Apologies for not getting back to all of you earlier.

I'll be sending out an email today to clear up most of these issues.

Reports are live and affiliates are getting their login details today and we are looking to add wallets in the near future.

We pay exactly the same way as Brightshare, no extra charges or deductions.

You're welcome to email me if you have any questions.

Finally got to login today ... seems like theres not a whole lot to look at yet, but a quickly thrown together drupal template.

I dont use the cms, so I'm not familiar with how it is administered but it appears at first glance to me that a portion of it is open for user editing?

Is this system still being developed or is this it?

Janet hasn't answered any of my questions or emails yet. It's quite frustrating, IMO, and not how a partner should act.

Either they need to get into shape quickly, or we need to do something about this even if it means pulling all advertising down for every casino that decided to send them OUR players.

This is revolting to me. There is a lot of money at stake and to even THINK they are using something like Drupal thrown together makes me furious. This, it seems to me, is not very well thought out.

How long will it be tolerated? Personally I think it's past time that you guys started sending some of these programs a clear cut message here regarding not responding in a timely manner to their affiliate partners!

Otherwise, it's only a matter of time before it happens again and other programs will see this as a weak position and may also take advantage of it as well.

By the way, what is the timeframe set-up here that is considered reasonable for a program to respond here to their affiliate partners questions?

They are not a certified program - so it is difficult. Our only outlet is towards those programs sending them their USA players (Brightshare and Intertops).

All certified programs are required to respond in a reasonable amount of time. We have certainly forced them to come in and post on occasion.

Brightshare - this is not their program. But we will see how this shakes out as I am getting ready for a tirade.

Interesting. We haven't received anything from them, even after I emailed her last week asking what was up.
