Hi All,

It's Rachel Morgan here from TradaCasino (Affvantage). As those of you who earned a commission from TradaCasino last month will already know, we experienced a technical issue with the dashboard in our affiliate back office on the 28th August 2016. We would like to take this opportunity to explain in further detail what happened.

Any affiliates that logged into their account at Affvantage on the 29th August 2016 will have noticed that their estimated revenues for the month of August had doubled overnight. This affected all affiliate accounts at Affvantage. An example of this anomaly on the dashboard can be seen in the attachment below.

This spike does not reflect actual player activity, but rather a system error that occurred when the daily upload took place. This means that from the 29th August 2016, the 'Estimated Payout' figure that affiliates saw on their dashboard for the month of August was incorrect.

While the dashboard displayed an incorrect figure for the 28th-31st August, the correct calculations were still being tracked in the background. Therefore, on the 1st September 2016 the system generated invoices were accurate and contained the correct amount of revenue share owed.

We contacted all of our active affiliate partners on Friday afternoon to explain that we had noticed this dashboard issue and that we were investigating the cause. We have since found the cause of the anomaly and felt it was appropriate to make an official announcement to the community.

We have been in conversation with Pariplay, our platform provider, throughout the weekend and we have pinpointed the issue. On the 29th August, we added a new server to our systems. Unfortunately the daily data job which calculates the estimated affiliate revenue ran on the current server and on the new server, resulting in a doubling of the estimated traffic for August 28th (the previous days accumulated figures). This is why every affiliate dashboard displayed a significant spike in revenue on that day. This was a completely unforeseen side-effect of the server implementation and one that we will ensure does not repeat itself.

Transparency, integrity and fairness are extremely important values to us. Whether we are dealing with a player, supplier or an affiliate partner, we are committed to continuing to build honest and rewarding partnerships with the community and we hope that you can accept our sincerest apologies for this issue.

Revenue Share Increase: September 2016

As a result of the glitch, we have decided to add an extra 5% revenue share across the board, to all affiliates, for any traffic sent in the month of September. This is a good-will gesture for one month as an apology for the issue. For example any affiliate finishing the month of September on 25% revenue share will be paid 30% instead.

Thank you for reading this statement. Please feel free to contact me directly here (or via the contact details in my signature) if you have any questions or concerns and I will be happy to assist.

Thank you,

Rachel Morgan,

Head of Casino,
TradaCasino.
