Has anyone got payment from AffUnited?I haven't been paid for August earnings and September earning.I have sent them multiple e-mail but there is no responce...I chatted for more than 3 times online with their technical support, they answered me that they will forward the issue to the financial department, but after many days there is still no responce!

Does anyone got paid or knows something about them that i miss?

Thank you!

You may have a tough time even finding someone who works with this group here :) They are marked predatory for good reason. I see in the payments system that there have not been any entries (i.e., nobody showing a payment) for a long time, which likely means they are not being promoted.

Sorry, maybe there is someone who will chime in on this one. I did look in the Payments system for you, though, and found nothing.

Hi,

yesterday I got this email:

"Dear Rxxxx,

Due to technical issues in our payment system, September payments will be slightly delayed.

We expect to solve the issues within the next few days.

Sorry for any inconvenience,

Yours,

Affiliates United team"

AffUnited mainly promote William Hil sportbet and casino, which is one of the biggest bookmaker in UK and Europe..Until now they offered excellent service.IMO is one of the best affiliate programme, thats why it suprises me why they behave like this the last days...May be they really have a technical problem..

gbc117 have you been paid for August earnings during September?

No payment yet but to be honest, they're nearly always late, nearly always need to be chased, so I expect late payments.

I talked today via live chat with my account manager and told me this:

"I would kindly like to inform you that there has been some technical issues, however they are now cleared and payments should be processed today. I kindly suggest you check your payment account on Monday. As per the information we currently have this is when earnings should be processed. "

If the will pay me today i'll let you know :)

Hi all, some interesting comments.. I am currently setting up my site and i'm looking to start promoting on monday. I have been in contact on many occassions trying to agree on different prices I have founf my AM slightly Rude but he does in the end agree..
I have Many of affutd's links on my site as they have agreed a Very tidy CPA deal for me.. I can get the same prices through a different network do you recommend not using affutd? But then I'm thinking if its still the williamhill links (or related brands) that I am using through a different network that are more than likely working through affutd themselves, then there will still be a delay in payment so I may aswell stick with them? What do you guys think?

Worst thing Williamhill ever did was jump in to bed with affutd. I mean Williamhill manager seems ok, I personally think his hands are slightly tied.

William Hill ARE one of the biggest and most respected bookmakers in the UK, that is true, and they were my personal favourite casino to play at for many years... BUT at the end of 2008 they "sold out" their casino & Affiliate business to the previously rogue C-Pays group. This side of their business is now run entirely off-shore and not in the UK.

After that I did twice give them a try, promoting all their brands on my sites for 14 months, and then later 7 months. According to AffUtd, during those 21 months I did not achieve even 1 registration, let alone any depositing players. To say that is highly unusual is a gross understatement!

So work with them at your own risk. If you have a way of cross-checking your clicks and sign-ups I would definitely use it.
Personally I wouldn't trust AffUtd as far as I could throw them.

Haven't received Sept payment yet but not overly concerned. Over the last 2 years or so i've found them to be very reliable payers and pretty responsive to any issues/concerns.

They have flagged technical issues as reason for pmt delay which is fair enough.

I receive an email today from affutd
Hi .....,

Hope this email finds you well.

I am contacting you, because our fraud department has flagged your account as some of the players have provided fake documents.

I am going to investigate this further, but meanwhile wanted to ask if you have any information that I should know that might can help me?

Regards,

Now my job as an affiliate is to promote them again and again,I am not a police officer or FBI agent.I promote wiliam hill for hundreds of players.
My question for you is that the payment from December 2012 was made for all you afffutd affiliates?
Thanks

I've struggled to get paid by these guys about 1 in 10 payment months. It's a pain as you have to chase them and inevitably do not get any replies either from the accounts people or account manager. Given AffUtd's past history and affiliate chatter that stats aren't that honest, it would really help them if they got their act together and paid on time to boost their image. Looking around at general affiliate sites I don't see a lot of people advertising William Hill, probably for affiliation problem reasons. Yet, they have the big stand at all the conferences and on the face of it look like a big professional outfit.
