I have been told Commission365 and their casinos are having payment problems due to the Cyprus banking issues, is this true?

Surely two days is enough time to expect a response from an AGD accredited program?

Thanks for the post, Tina, and my apologies for not responding. I have had some e-mail issues in the past couple of days and did not receive the notification of your posting.

Our affiliate payments have been finalized and are being processed as per normal. I did speak to a few affiliates a couple of weeks ago, just to inform them that the banking issue in Cyprus may have an effect on their payments for March, but that was during the period in which all bank accounts were frozen. At that stage, we were not sure when the banks would open for business again, and to what extent. In the time since then, the banks have resumed business, to a degree, and I have not been told that there will be any problems issuing affiliate payments as per our terms and conditions. The same rings true for the online casinos, to my knowledge.

If there was a major problem, you can rest assured that we would ensure that all affiliates were informed of this.

If you do have any concerns about anything program-related that requires immediate attention, I urge you to contact one of the commission365 staff directly, as that will ensure you get an immediate and personal response. Although we do encourage use of this forum, we obviously do not monitor it as closely as we do our mailboxes.

Regards,
Lawrence Wilson.

I take people on face value until proven otherwise.

Our affiliate payments have been finalized and are being processed as per normal.

It's now TEN DAYS and still no payment. That is well past the "normal" pay time for Commission365. So what gives?
If your unable to honour your words, return and say so. Don't leaving me or others in the lurch.

I did not take this to PM or email because matters like this should be kept in open forum.

bye

Hi Tina,

As per my last update on this thread, our affiliate payments for March 2013 were finalized and processed on time, and the intention was that payments were on target to be processed by April 15 (the 10th working day of the month). Unfortunately, as a result of the banking situation in Cyprus, which is where our payments are made from, there has been a delay in getting those payments out. We are hoping to get webwallet payments out toward the end of this week, and the remaining wire transfer payments out soon after that. Unfortunately there is nothing more I can do to expedite these more efficiently at this stage. Affected affiliates have, however, been notified via the commission365 messaging service.

Tina, I am struggling to successfully identify you, as I don't have any additional information regarding your affiliate account on your AGD profile. Please could you send me an e-mail at lawrence(at)commission365(dot)com, so that I can make sure you are fully informed...

Regards,
Lawrence Wilson

On the 12/04/13 you said
Our affiliate payments have been finalized and are being processed as per normal.

This indicated payments would be proccessed by the 10'th working day, 15/04/13.
That didn't happen. It is now 5 working days later and still no payment. But no post from you since the 12/04/13 stating otherwise.

I'm growing very tired of promoting programs who can not be bothered posting affiliate updates.

It's especially distasteful when Commission365 is supposedly an accredited program. It might surprise you but I have a family to support. I think informing AGD members about the current payment issue should a concern to Commission365 and one which keeps everyone updated here on their AGD forum.

Why don't you send an email to lawrence(at)commission365(dot)com, so they can make sure you are fully informed of the issues and so he'll be able to check on your account?

Hi Tina,

I have been in the affiliate management business since 1999 and, believe me when I say this, completely appreciate and respect that an affiliate is dependant on their various commission payments to pay the bills, send the kids to school and generally subsist. The timely payment of affiliates is right at the top of the priority list for commission365.

As I mentioned in my previous post, we have made efforts to contact affected affiliates to inform them of the unexpected delay in payment. Regarding your suggestion to keep everyone on AGD informed, I thank you for this and will endeavor to ensure that commission365 utilizes this valuable forum more effectively in the future. In the interim, I urge you to please make contact with me at lawrence(at)commission365(dot)com, so that I can make certain you are fully aware of the payment situation. Please e-mail me, as I have no other way of identifying who you are.

For clarity's sake, here is the message to the affected commission365 affiliates that went out last week:

Hi there,

Although we've tried to minimize the effect of the recent (and still ongoing) financial crisis in Cyprus, you may already know that this situation is not quite resolved just yet, and that companies banking in Cyprus are still subject to delays and restrictions. As a result, we unfortunately need to notify you that your commission payment for March 2013 will be delayed. Although we are trying our very best to get your funds to you as soon as possible, please be aware that your payment may only be paid in 10 to 14 days' time.

It is imperative that you know that this delay is not as a result of any lack of funds, as that assumption couldn't be further from the truth! The delay has arisen through the banks' enforced shutdown period and subsequently more restrictive transaction policies. Rest assured that we will continue to endeavor to expedite your payment as soon as possible, and that delays due to the recent events should not affect future affiliate payment runs.

Although we do not have any additional information at this stage, we urge you to contact us directly, either via your Affiliate Manager or support@commission365.com, should you have any questions or concerns. In turn, we are committed to keeping you as updated as possible, and will notify you when payments are imminent.

Kind regards,
The commission365 Team

I hope this helps clarify matters. Apologies for any inconvenience caused in this regard.

Thanks,
Lawrence Wilson.

I couldn't agree with you more, Redbush... as helpful as forums are, there is nothing better than contacting your AM directly if you need immediate answers.

Tina, I really would like to assist you, but am still awaiting that e-mail... without it, I can't do a whole lot unfortunately :(
