I am looking for good affiliate programs that have casinos and/or pokers which are under the jurisdiction of UK/Malta.
I prefer to have affiliate programs that pay with ecocard.

I know Wagerhsare, Roxy and Partnerlogic but I'd like to know other.

Never knew Bodog and Mainstreet had changed their jurisdiction to meet the UK requirements.

Haha - yeah... Well, I would have to list out each specific casino that is within those jurisdictions if I wanted to post it at CAP.

Yes, there are quite a few in that list that are not currently reviewed as of yet. Bodog is one of them.

Bodog is currently being evaluated by myself. There ARE some concerns within the Terms and Conditions - BUT the program is one of the highest quality affiliate programs in the industry.

WE are affiliated with Bodog and are very happy with their program.

I agree. It was just a list of those programs I found to have proper jurisdictions - not a 'friendly list'.
