The use of spam, as defined above, to represent and/or promote our services is strictly
prohibited, and you may not link to our site from any URL promoted in unsolicited email. Further, it
is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that any mail sent by a third party on their behalf

[gterm][gtermhead]Casino Commissions - Revenue Share[/gtermhead][gtermmain]
5b. Qualifying players that are directed to us from your referral site will generate 30% life
commission, subject to the terms of this agreement, and calculated at the end of each calendar

[gterm][gtermhead]Commissions - Payment Date[/gtermhead][gtermmain]
Referral commissions will be paid between the 1st and 14th of every month.[/gtermmain][/gterm]
[gterm][gtermhead]Commissions - Negative Carryover[/gtermhead][gtermmain]
5c. Negative balances do not carry over, unless due to fraud, chargeback's, or other form of return
to the customer. If your balance at the end of the calendar month is negative due to winnings or
other accepted circumstances, the balance will be set to 0.[/gtermmain][/gterm]
[gterm][gtermhead]Chargeback Policy[/gtermhead][gtermmain]
5d. Any and all chargeback's will be deducted before calculating the commission due to the affiliate.[/gtermmain][/gterm]

5i. The affiliate acknowledges that we monitor all affiliate registrations and purchases. Further, you
accept that we have the right to terminate this agreement and/or withhold referral fees if and when
any violation of this agreement is found to have occurred.[/gtermmain][/gterm]
[gterm][gtermhead]Commissions - Minimum Payment[/gtermhead][gtermmain]
A minimum accrual of $50 is required prior to payment being issued.[/gtermmain][/gterm]
