I was recently looking at other webmaster's sites for USA players, and was frankly SHOCKED at the number of sites still promoting these SCUM-BAGS!
Either the webmasters have NO morals, or the sites are owned by those rip-off arseholes...

nothing shocks me really these days. I still see Affpower scum walking around as well as many other shady ops.

Ditto... sometimes surprised but hardly ever shocked. When I started in this gig, I was the eternal optimist. Now, well... more often than not, that mindset has been replaced by cynicism.

Was watching an current affairs program Wednesday. It was about a cyclist who go killed by a road-rage incident. It was a sad story. However, one of his cycling buddies made a profound statement:

Road rage is only a catalyst of the society we live in today.

When I was growing up, we knew every person in our street.

Today, I barely know my next door neighbor. It's not from a lack of trying, just these days it seems most people are highly-paranoid, and keep their distance. The morals and ethics which governed our communities, and kept most people in check, have faded away, leaving most with the attitude of not giving a toss about anyone other than themselves.

So it doesn't surprise me hearing that the Affiliate Edge/Affpower cronies were spotted walking around LAC. It's the same deal for those event sponsors who have shafted affiliates. They still attend. They still have stands. They still receive awards

If nothing changes - nothing changes!

I still get a little shocked sometimes, by the nerve of some people, but I don't think it surprises me anymore.
