I lost a sizable monthly commission when they stole all my players also, but I've also moved on. I have no choice really, and there are plenty of other decent programs to promote.

I hear you. However, for me I firstly cannot afford for them to take away nearly £5k from me due to the retroactive player quota term they snuck in during February 2017. A term that wasn't even communicated to their affiliate partners.

Secondly, they operate in the same jurisdiction as where I am i.e The UK. Forget the Curacao shell company rubbish. ITC Limited which is incorporated in England & Wales is the ultimate beneficiary of all incomes accrued by the Club World Group. This means I have very real legal recourse as the UK being a first world country, unlike Curacao, has laws to protect businesses.

Thirdly, Warren Ferster and Stuart Ferster have employed the services of high ranking individuals at AffPower. The same AffPower that tried to destroy my main site by pointing nearly 1 million - Yes 1 MILLION - Toxic Backlinks at it.

I don't know about anyone else. But as you will see and have seen, I don't lie down and let my belly be tickled. I fight fire with fire and am a great believer in Karma. So this is much much more than the £5k they are withholding from me.

Lastly, my good friend Ted Loh has had players detagged from the Affiliate Edge account I was instrumental in setting up back in 2010 when he died to benefit his family going forward.

If you change your mind about trying to get your sizable commissions back. Then if you have screenshots of your Affiliate Edge Account, prior to the detagging and then afterwards, by all means send them to me. It can join the growing pile of documentation I have, which will be presented to the police at a time of my choosing. But it will be sooner rather than later.

My players are all gone but I can't log into the new system anyway. Can anyone else login?
I just tried and failed to get in too.
I guess they gave up the pretense of paying lifetime revenue - even at 5% or 10% ?

Not that I really give a sh!t anyway.

These guys are clearly moving past rorting affiliates to outright confiscation and stealing now.
So who in their right minds would work with them ?

Lets face it Dave, the reason the gaming aff industry thinks it can treat partners badly (and or rob-people-blind), is because very few stand up against them. Even less take action against this tyranny.

I wont name names... However, just take a look over all the AE threads, and see how many affected affiliates "claim" they'd take legal action, if they could.

These affected affiliates can take action in the UK small claims court (even if they are not in the UK)... BUT as per usual, nothing gets done.

It's all white noise... blah...blah...blah.

I'm proud to call you my mate, least you don't piss in my pocket!

Are you sure about this? Based on what?

How? You certainly cannot do so in absentia in NZ.
A quick read through the process appeared to involve specific form filling, appearing in court, and almost certainly UK residency.

I cannot imagine a small claims court going very far with a NZ citizens claim for payment of fees on a Curacao casino company. I realise that it's ultimate beneficial ownership may be UK, but that takes a long string of argument and most likely physical & legal representation

Having checked locally, I have zero chance of a NZ court progressing or enforcing any claim on an overseas firm that doesn't have local representation.

My action taken on the evening of the 9th October has garnered a bit of publicity. Including the APCW in JTodd's latest video which I have embedded below.

I also was interviewed via Skype by Becky on Thursday. The resultant interview is planned to go live on Thursday 19th Oct on calvinayre.com

Should there be any updates which court permitting I am able to post, I will again do so in this thread. ( ie Court Date etc etc )

Don't get deceived by the first 2 months 50% Rev share deal. They have very bad terms and conditions . Starting from a negative carry over that will never wipe off leaving you to $0 commission each month no matter how hard you work for them. The negative will keep increasing.
And Note your rev share deal is not a life time commission. If you don't have at least 2ftds in 2 months your deal percentage drops to 10%. Run for this one. There are far better affiliates .

I'm getting the bad feeling that it didn't work out the way we all were hoping for.

I see no updates on his website anymore and no updates here.

He his however correct it saying it would be wasting police time.

What you should so is send a "subject access request" and request the information they have on you. They are required to provide this under the data protection act 1998.

Be specific i.e details of player number, revenue earned, internal emails and action taken on your account by a person under their employ.

They have to provide this if you request it.

Enclose a cheque or postal order for £10 which is the standard fee (mos never bother cashing it and either return it with your info or bin it.

Wait until you get all your information before taking an legal action. them failing to comply will also strengthen your complain and reenforce your point in court.
