This is the terms alert which involves predatory changes made by Affiliate Club. Until a response is made by Affiliate Club, these changes are deemed both predatory and RETROACTIVE. There is no date within this terms update which represents an application of term date and, as such, we can only assume the obvious.
PREDATORY TERM, Commissions, Predatory Term, Active Affiliate Rule
1.4 “Active Affiliate” means:
1.4.1 Casino: an Affiliate who sends at least 1 (one) new active player per month that will wager 100 EUR; or has a wager amount of 100 EUR performed by one or more players.
1.4.2 Poker: an Affiliate who sends a player that will generate a minimum amount of Rake of 5 EUR.

5.2 Upon termination:You must remove all of our banners/icons from your site and disable the link from your site to ours.All rights and licenses given to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate.If you have failed to fulfill your obligations and responsibilities , we will not pay the Commission otherwise owing to you on termination.We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.If we continue to permit play from customers after termination, this will not constitute a continuation or renewal of this Agreement or a waiver of termination.

5.2.2 All rights and licenses given to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate.
5.2.3 If you have failed to fulfill your obligations and responsibilities the Commission owned to you upon will not be paid.
5.2.4 The outstanding balance of Commission that you are entitled to receive upon termination will be paid within 60 days of the effective termination date.
5.2.5 If we continue to permit play from customers after termination, this will not constitute a continuation or renewal of this Agreement or a waiver of termination.
5.2.6 You shall stop receiving the Commission:If you or your representatives act in a way that diminishes and/or tarnishes the image and or reputation of AffiliateClub.com. If you are not an “Active Affiliate”, according to the definition herein.
Summary:This is the official terms alert and, as you can plainly see, the term appears to be a retroactive, predatory set of changes. This doesn’t bode well for the Affiliate Club program.
