Affiliate account terminated by 888/uffiliates

Got an email from 888/uffiliates saying they will terminate the account because I didn't send enough leads in recent months. They cited clause 8.1 of their TOS saying they can do whatever they want.

The term of this Agreement will begin upon your acceptance to the Uffiliates Scheme as an Affiliate and will end when terminated by either Party. At any time, either Party may immediately terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, by giving the other Party written notice of termination, where such notice may be served via fax or e-mail.

The account has generated 1K USD average payment per month for me so far this year. Is there any recourse here?

That sucks, but it seems more and more common. So much for "lifetime" earnings.

Have you tried contacting your AM? I would offer to give them more traffic to keep the account open. Then send them enough to appease them so that you can continue getting paid.

I haven't been working closely with an AM for years. I offered to send traffic in order to keep the account open as a reply to the termination notice. I guess I will have to wait for the response
