So I have kindly waited until now, although I regret that decision. All of the affiliate edge brands as well as the back end either loads so slowly it is unusable, or does not connect as all for a full WEEK! This includes their casinos.

In fact most of their website http://www.clubworldcasinos.com/Promotions.aspx appears to be broken.

OK so here the thing. Yes shit happens. I understand this. It happens to all of us. But this has been a full week of this BS now with no word from them. Why would you tell your affiliates that your system is on the blink and they may need to replace your brands until its fixed...

1. You will make us money by not allowing us to lose it, and we are not stupid. This would have made me loyal for one.

2. It is the right thing to do

Instead I have to flame here, and ask....

WHY!

Edit:

Have a nice link showing how (not) well Club World Casino loads...

Ouch. I'm sure they will be by soon enough to comment on this one.

As it was brought to your attention at gpwa, Aff Edge has replied in this thread... http://www.gpwa.org/forum/affiliate-edge-flash-games-dont-work-217349.html

If your having problems still then I believe Martyn or Stephen will answer as soon as they are back in the office.

I will say that I did try to log in to the aff backend and waited 5 minutes and never could get it to load and I am in the US.

Put 2+2 together and it looks to me like they are being targeted. Sites don't go on and off intermittently for over a week on purely technical issues. That is not the time to pile on and abuse them because if someone is attempting to DDOS them it is not their fault.

Club Wold is still down. I tried several different tools.

I really do not care about how this sounds, although I did say I understand programs have their own set of problems.

CWC was OK for me - but I did have problems over the last week or so accessing Rival Casino websites, updating their casinos and accessing the affy back-ends.
It wouldn't surprise me if someone is Romeing around the net making DDOS attacks against people they don't like...
(It wouldn't be the first time).

my deposits increased aprox. $20K in 2012 from 2011 but dropped $35K in 2013 from 2012. much of that is traffic related but I do have them on one of the few high conversion pages still left.

thank the good lord I have my other sites.

let me add the back end has always been a bit slow. I don't know about the casinos but in any event the tech has got to work seamlessly to close the sale.

Morning all.

While parts of our site have been down intermittently we've largely been on top of any downtime. Just to clarify not all casinos were down for 1 week, parts were but then they were back. On the whole lobbies remained unaffected.

Today's issue is down to the database server being reset, which is why you're seeing issues with CWC. Whilst this happens, you will likely see or experience some issues with the sites and some aspects that rely on the database for information may not load as expected.

Obviously we do our best to minimise any downtime, expected or unexpected and hope to be back up and running shortly, once the server process is complete.

Jared, I am sorry you feel like we've done you a disservice, we obviously put in all our efforts to ensure that our customers and partners experience the best possible service at all times (where possible). If you feel that this hasn't been the case, then you have our sincere apologies. If you had any concerns at any point you have my email address and you are invited to get in touch at any point. We're an open program and probably one of the most accessible affiliate teams to reach, in my opinion. Use us...sometimes abuse us.

OK we've figure out what could have been causing AE not to load or act out of character. We found out that the 'anti intruder' system was set to sensitive and had been triggered, causing traffic to the site to get filtered incorrectly.

We managed to figure this out when testing outside of the office IP, as we are whitelisted and we were able to replicate the reports of the site being down.

This should now be resolved so hopefully we're all good on that front.

Marty I think those that were worried about their revenue flow would like to see a post from the AM just addressing what is happening and what how you guys are doing rather than leave us in the dark and guessing for almost a week.

I am floored after reading this thread and knowing that ClubWorld has been having issues for over a week. Unaware of the current issues, I successfully logged on yesterday, made a deposit which was charged my account, then the casino shut down right after I made my deposit not allowing me to access it. The support staff has made it clear that they can even access the site and they can't give me any status on my money or when the issue will be resolved. Currently, the casino is still down. While I understand technical issues and am quite patient regarding this,I can't seem to justify why the site allowed me deposit, charged my account then decided to shut down. I have no clue on the status of my money and would appreciate some guidance on this matter. The site is still down.

I'm not sure what ISP you are using, but nothing form your sites work. It has been almost two weeks.

I checked both club world and aff edge 10 times daily since this started, form different sites like webpagetest.org and pingdom.org

It is not that hard.

So are you saying that you guys didn't know your traffic stopped?

I bet $100 USD they are shutting down or changing ownership, any takers? PM only.

I got their back-end to load and checked my stats to see how all of the clicks I had sent them could have been tracked. Guess what, here is a screenshot where club world is no longer listed and about approx. 60 targeted clicks for that and Lucky Red Casino clicks go unnoticed. I am so not liking this.
