Affclub? is alive?!

Hi Everyone,
we experience difficulties to get responses to tickets, messages from Affclub affiliate program as well as transfer previous month balance to the cashier.. any idea anyone?
according to their policy they transfer after 10 business day which already passed a long ago.

It seems that they have a contact form and several phone numbers. Have you ever received from them? (as for me, it's a dead affiliate program)

Tried the contact form a couple of times.. started 2 weeks ago.. mailing support, telephones.. no results so far..
