Affactive shaving practice and arrogant managers

Hello guys and girls,

I recently started working with Affactive and immediately encountered problems with my stats and players.
I started promoting them last month and send out about 5k maillers to my dutch clients and long time subscribers of my newsletters.
A few of those clients i know personally because we hold poker and bingo nights in a clubhouse of mine.
Now last month i brought at least 23 new players of wich 23 downloads and 8 new depositors.
In the backend of Affactive my balance up to now ( 15-5-2014 ) was 8 depositing players.
Now suddenly Affactive removed 7 players and marked them as declined.
They left only 2 ftd's for last month and for this month 1 also .
This month i had 2 new depositors but they removed 1 of them again and left 1 ftd.

Sinds i confronted the affiliate manager( Erici.affactive )about this ,he suddenly seem to be offline in skype ( but hes not,so he blocked me !!)
I removed them directly from my sites and of course stopt mailing the players.
Now i talked with live support and they said "" Erici left to a beter place!! ""
( the exact words of live support !)
A wile later i got the skype contact of a new affiliate manager called Tim O 'reilly (timor.affactive) and here is where it gets even more bizar!!
This Tim told me the following.
"" your taking too much of my time and of erici his time.
from now on you get 45 % of the net gaming,the 8 players of last month will be checked and if its oaky you will get CPA from them ,if not you wont get anything from them.
Up til today i have not reciefed any dime of them and they closed my affiliate account !

In all honesty, you don't come across very well in that chat, Erik. Also, in relation to whether they are shaving or not - at no point did Tim say you had 14 depositors rather than the 8 you see in the backend.

He did say '14 deposits' which isn't the same. Mind you, you are both Skyping in your second (or even third) language, so I can see where the confusion arises.

Maybe i don't come across very well because i was very very angry on how it went down with the first affiliate manager Erici and the lies they told.

Erik, posting a private Skype chat probably hasn't done you any favours with Affactive, especially when your accusing them of shaving players, with no supporting evidence (proof). In addition, as tryme1 explained, those chats are damn hard to read or understand because both Tim and yourself are speaking in jumbled up English.

Personally, I think the best solution for all (Affactive & Erik) is... If this affiliate is owed money, then pay what is owed to his Neteller account. Then assign an affiliate manager who speaks his native language.

Before i posted this Erici had me blocked on skype for over a week ! i did not know that and neither i knew the reason of why he blocked me.
Maybe because i asked about the investigation of the stats and players.
When i asked live support on the Affactive website if Erici could contact me ,then they answered.
Erici is working at a beter place now !
After that i got the new manager Tim.
i placed the chat here so you can see that im not lying or twisting words.
i know my english isn't that great and especialy when im pissed off i writte to fast or dont take the time to correct it,but stil the matter of the fact is that i had 8 new depositors that deposit ,14 deposits and never got a cent of affactive .
in the backend you see i got paid ,but i never got anyting.

you said that i dont have any proof, bet4you.
but i have and i wil get more of it.
My plan now is to start mailing to the same players email list again and reward them with a 50 buks ( spent how you want cash bonus) if they provide me with details of their deposits and so on and so on,and maybe ask them to make a small personal review of WinPalace.
I hate people that lie and steel and then when you ask them a legit question on skype they say ,dont waste my time

you sent incentivized traffic which by our Terms and Conditions is unsuitable for a CPA deal, more posts, insulting, threatening, coming to visit us in our booth at the Amsterdam wont change the fact that you violated our terms and conditions and you voided your own commissions...

I understand you are not an experienced affiliate because of the way you work, but this is not a good practice, is not accepted by Affactive or any other company.

Now please, save both of us some time and stop spamming. I answered all your posts with the same reply and you wont receive any other answer from us: YOUR COMMISSIONS ARE VOIDED due to the fact that you sent incentivized traffic.
