AffActive have added another tier to their commissions model, which may lower your own commissions structure. Please pay attention if you are promoting their properties!

1-100 players – 35% of Gross Revenue

§
1-50 players – 30% of Gross Revenue

§
51-100 players – 35% of Gross Revenue

§

101-500 players- 40%% of Gross Revenue

§
501 and above- 45% of Gross Revenue.


Summary:Changing commissions structure is ok moving forward, but this could be a retroactive change for early adopters to this new program. Please be warned that your commissions level may have dropped by 5%.

I saw this a little late, but I would still like to clarify the matter.

We haven't changed any of the existing deals with our affiliates. All of our affiliates are receiving and will continue to receive the same % we agreed on for all their past and future players.

Thank you, Daniel, for making that known. Would it be possible to get an effective date placed somewhere so that it is a bit more transparent?

The update went up on August 1st after we added Winpalace.com to our clients list.
Of course, as before, we still try to do our best and build each affiliate a commission plan, that will meet his/her unique needs.

The update did not go up on August 1st. Maybe September 1st. I have spidered versions of your terms and can pinpoint the date it went up, if necessary.


My thoughts, though, were that you might place an 'Effective Date' on the terms so that affiliates know (with complete transparency) if they will be affected.

The update, as you said is from September 1st.
It's important for me to emphasize again,that none of the affiliates that worked with us prior to this change were affected.
All of our affiliates work on the commissions they have agreed on in T&C or personally with one of our Affiliate Managers.

As you suggest, we will also add an "effective date" on our T&C.
