For the last week of November, we decided to audit Adrenaline Affiliates who have a single multiplatform casino 'Casino Adrenaline'

We have a 45% deal with them.

We deposited $20 AUD via credit card.

And took the bonus.

CR 4_Deposited.JPG

We played slots until we lost it all.
CR 5_Play7 Piggies.JPG

Our $20 AUD was converted to €12.77.
CR 8_Cash Flow Report.JPG

You can see the bonus amount matches our deposit (100% bonus) and we made a total of €40.69 in bets.
CR 7_Gaming Activity.JPG

Our earnings were €3.38 from the €12.77 deposited so since they do not show Net Gaming Revenue we worked it out from our 45% to be €7.50. (45% of 7.50 = 3.38)
CR 6_Statistics from the affiliate program.JPG

So Real Net Gaming Revenue for Adrenaline Affiliates is 7.5/12.77 = 58.7%

We did remove them.
They locked NL players, for some time they redirected then our NL traffic to Casumo, without telling a word. (They don't redirect now anymore).
Note, they also did not tell us that NL cannot play and sign up anymore.
As a player (am from NL) I still get their promo emails....... what a mess there.

Hi everyone!

I'm Marcus and am here to help you out with everything you might need related to Adrenaline Affiliates.

I would like to welcome everyone who registered at Adrenaline Affiliates and those who are going to. My reason for being here is to give you a somewhat informal way of chatting with a casino rep so feel free to post your questions or possible problems here and I'll do everything I can to get them sorted asap. Adrenaline Affiliates in general tries to give its affiliates as many channels of communication as possible so use this one as much as possible, after all that's why we're here.

I'm looking forward to meeting you guys and helping you sort out all the stuff that might need sorting out!

Be free to add me on Skype: casino.adrenaline that we can communicate much faster.

Skype: casino.adrenaline
Why did not say a word anymore to me on skype when I gave you some answers why we do not need your offer.
(You let me know on skype that you want to give us a special offer for our players)
This was in September this year.

I told you then that we will remove your brand for the reasons I posted above.

Plenty of player issues, both Adrenaline and the platform they're running on (MYEG). Firstly, you could debate if it's ok to send traffic to places like this and secondly, if they are dodgy to players, most likely they're dodgy to affiliates too.

I skyped with casino.adrenaline - my last message to the person was on September 13th 2017

However, please can you explain :

  1. Why did you redirect our NL traffic for some time to Casumo? (I found it out only when I clicked on our tracking link, dunno how long you did redirect our traffic)
  2. Why does Adrenaline still send me and other players from NL promo emails, although we are NOT allowed to play.
  3. Why did Affiliates not get informed that players from NL will have their accounts closed - NL is restricted.

@Bonus Paradise we had some changes in team so I need to check who was your affiliate manager. But I know that main thing in our affiliate policy is to inform all our partners about actual news and about all changes which are happening in Casino Adrenaline, so I really need to check what happened in your case.

That percentage doesn't sound too bad to me.

The commission percentage looks good to me.

What the? I think you might be misunderstanding the number presented.

It doesn't mean 58.7% commission. You are getting only 58.7% of whatever your advertised commission rate is. This needs to be made clearer so there is no confusion.

Advertised vs real in this case is like this:
30% = 17.6%
35% = 20.5%
40% = 23.5%
45% = 26.4%

AGD: put a table like this in every review you do.

Still think that doesn't sound too bad? Its bloody awful.

Though I must admit I almost admire the rep's ability to completely ignore this and the other complaints when posting here trying to drum up new affiliates. Its like he's having his own parallel conversation.

Hmmm... No, I think it is you who is getting confused! :p
The Net Gaming Revenue is 58.7% of the amount DEPOSITED and lost (with a bonus too in this case), i.e. the Gross Revenue.
Compared to many other EU licensed brands - that is pretty good.

At Videoslots for example, over the last 4 months my average NGR/GGR has been 15%.

Look at some of the other examples in this section:
Honest Partners: 54%
EGO: 47%
Jacked: 47.6%
(There are others which are higher than Adrenaline)

PS: I have never worked with Adrenaline, nor am I likely to. So I am not biased either way.

We'll have to agree to disagree then as I can assure you I am not confused. The only way to compare programs on an equal footing is by looking at % of gross revenue earned. Therefore if you're only earning on 58.7% of gross revenue, your commission rates are effectively reduced by the same proportion.

I wrongly assumed that no-one could possibly find that number acceptable, so figured there had been some confusion. My mistake, my apologies.

If deductions of 41.3% from gross revenue before calculating your commission are ok with you then I am happy for you but I have much higher expectations.

I agree all those other examples are terrible. That does not make this one acceptable.
