The email below speaks for itself. I didn't think Betfred did business like this. I am surprised there aren't other threads about this. Surely I am not the only one they are pulling this with.

I am emailing in relation to your Betfred Affiliate Account.

We have been looking at your activity over the last few months and can see that there has been no new acquisition through your account to Betfred during this time. We will therefore be reducing your revenue share commission to 10% from July 2014.

In order for us to continue with our partnership we will need to see an increase in monthly acquisition, as should your account still have no new players within a further 2 month period we will regrettably have to close your Betfred Affiliate Account.

Yea I seen that, I suppose it's the perfect situation for them to resort to stealing from affiliates. I don't even know if their terms allow what they are doing or not. I assume they do as there is always a clause in there that says we can bend you over if we want to.

Either way this is enough for me to take them down everywhere and I suggest existing affiliates reconsider growing a large playerbase at a company like this unless they don't mind losing everything they've worked for over the years in the blink of an eye. Luckily I never did much with them so I can eat whatever future losses I might incur and not sweat it too much.

I pulled them long ago so I guess they'll be closing my account but I did not get the email afaik.
I do have some sub-aff money in there but its small. They always paid me but the last wire to my ps account they left off the beneificiary name and the wire got stuck in limbo. It got fixed though but cost them some fees.

This sort of behaviour is unforgivable and Betfred has gone from one of the best brands to one of the most rogued brands since its move to Europartners (wait, I meant ActiveWins, but same thing if you look at the people running it!).

Drop all ActiveWins programs now if you want a long term, reliable and stable relationship with your advertisers.

I am also informed that they will close account if no new FTD's. Betfred was listed in top 10 sportsbooks in many sites and for a long time, but conversion from SIGNUP to FTD is like mission impossible. Interesting is that on one side they are going to close my account and on the other they are sending emails about promoting their Mobibet casino.

I refuse to work now with any affiliate program based in Isreal. Europartners had a woeful history of screwing affiliates. And given the same bunch run ActiveWins, well...
