The joker has to pick someone as the competition certainly is not going to pay for the boss yacht.

I do not understand this extensive discussion it is just like listening to the Loretta lynch investigation.

The More she talks the worse the appearance.

the last part is really hilarious avoiding to answer to questions is 65 in a 55 zone have you broken the law?

For the benefit of other affiliates reading this, my breakdown as a percentage of GGR for June was:
1.3% Jackpot Deductions
4.7% Tax
10.9% Bank Fees
10.1% Games Provide Fees
24.7% Admin Fees - What is this???
14.9% Bonuses
20.4% Rate (Paid Loyalty?)
13.26% NGR

Lets use 25% Rev-Share commission, against these figures for $100.

  1. 1.3% = $0.325
  2. 4.7% = $1.175
  3. 10.9% = $2.725
  4. 10.1% = $2.525
  5. 24.7% = $6.175
  6. 14.9% = $3.725
  7. 20.4% = $5.10
NGR $78.25 @ 25% Rev-Share = $19.562 commission (that's STILL on the low side but it's fairer than a lowly $13.26).

I believe KK stated (in 1 of these VS threads) he'd had player losses of £10,000+ in one month. Using the above formula, a VS affiliate with that 10K should earn £1,956.20. Instead they're paid £1,326.00.

So that's at a min of £630.20 less than an affiliate should be paid by VS Aff Program. Nice

Reiterating, it's pretty clear the VS affiliate program is slogging their affiliate partners for 100% of these fees/costs/etc., etc. No wonder VS affiliates are being paid peanuts, they're shouldering the entire costs of operating the VS casino AND VS affiliate program

Edit:
Reiterating... probably car leases, board room's grog cabnet etc... etc. And, ironically, trips to conventions, for what purpose? Sign up more suckers (sorry meant affiliates)...

I really hope it will work better from now on. In the end, we both just want long relationships where both parties makes money.

I will do my utmost to make sure this will be the case.

Hi all,

We have found out that paid loyalty and NGR fields were swapped. It was a bug on the release on affiliate accounts which we missed.

@KasinoKing - Can you please repost your june breakdown and let's discuss what costs @AussieDave and others find it too high?

I also would like to remind you that Rate is NOT a cost, it is the actual deal (your commission plan).

Regards,
Ali

Hi AussieDave,

Because KasinoKing reported that his earnings wasn't matching the breakdown report in his post. So we investigated and found the issue..

Hey Guys , I know Ali has taken this thread and is running with it but I just would like to say Thanks to him and our Management for getting our Transparency back up and out tot he public on time and as promised to the affiliate community .. There will be some teething issues sure but these will get ironed out and once our deposit information is added then you will have more information provided than most programs offer .. I think credit is due for a job Weel done Thanks Ali ... Regarding Fees as Ali has said if your a Rev Share affiliate and would like a better deal for yourself where these are not a factor chat to us and we can Do CPA or even Hybrids for you .. Thanks I'm feeling a little more comfortable now in our skin even with the issues you've mentioned . I think we have progressed and come a long way since this post was started

So, I have been following this thread for a while. Since the addition, I figured I should check some of my stats.

This it looks for March:

GGR 25 008

Jackpot 137.20 >>> 0.54%
Tax 1340 >>> 5.35%
Bank 750.87 >>> 3%
Game Prov 2893 >>> 11.56%
Admin 6215 >>> 24.85%
Bonus 2203 >>> 8,8
Loyalty 2389 >>>9.55%

NGR 9067 >>> 36.25%

I basically took the GGR and took the deduction and equated it to a percentage. Is this correct? In a nutshell is there 63.25% worth of 'Deductions'? Am i seeing this correctly? What would be the average at other programs?

Hello KasinoKing,

Thanks for the feedback - We tried to be as transparent as we could be as promised.

Rate is not a cost. It is the deal you have. So if your NGR is 1000 and your rate is 50 %, you should see next column - the revenue commission as 500. Fyi - I had a look at your account and I see this rate differently to what you posted.

24.7% Admin Fees - What is this???

Admin fees includes all the operating costs we have to run the company such as salaries, marketing costs and so on. If you think it's high, you are of course very welcome to work on CPA if you prefer that.

Regards,
Ali
OK, so it looks like the "Rate" column is broken (and I don't understand what it's supposed to be) - we'll come back to that later.

The Admin fees is what has me worried.
If the Admin fees are all your running costs, deducted from GGR - what is the percentage left from the NGR after my commission is paid for?
e.g. Say NGR was 1,000 - my deal was 40% - so I get 400.
So what is the other 600 for? Just clear profit for the casino?

I always thought most casino's running costs were taken from the other 60% of the NGR - not deducted BEFORE arriving at NGR...

Spoke to another program and theirs is calculated like this:

Bets - wins - bonus(or cashback) - jackpot contributions = Gross

Gross - 20% for the platform (which INCLUDES all the other charges VS added) = nett

About 20 - 25 % is normal I guess. That's gaming fee and transaction fee.

Remember that we share the net gaming revenue, not the net operational result. Or can I put my office costs, car, stripbar visits during conferences and other costs also there to share with VS?

Hi Everyone,

There are many casinos with less fees and there are many with more. We have a high cost to run our business to deliver a premium service to our players. But in return, we get a long player value which we believe that it benefits all our players, our affiliates and of course us in the long run.

If anyone don't agree with this concept or on the other alternative deal types we offer, we of course wish them best of luck with other programs.

We listened to your feedback and we agreed that removing some stats was a mistake. Clearly, at that time, we did not realize how important it is for an affiliate to have as many detailed stats as possible. But..we kept our promise by delivering this breakdown report with 100 % transparency which we are proud of. I think this kind of transparency should be an example to other casinos.

We will let you know once we launch the updated version of the report including the deposits and withdrawals.

Regards,
Ali

Ali, why are you limiting the stats breakdown to 2017 onwards only? Why can't we see 2015-2017? Has this decision anything to do with the introduction of the admin fee / operational cost? Sorry for being suspicious and thank you for your patience!

I think the average would be around 15% to 35%. Many like SlotJoint Casino take none.

Not a Joke at all.. I am not laughing and am taking this very seriously we do have measures in place to monitor issues but I dropped the ball here and missed this so I am purely saying thank you for pointing it out after all we are partners and have escalated it and will make sure its rectified I'm sure its a not a major issue that needs resolving as previous to his it was working 100% apologies guys ill take this one for the team

Monitoring what issues when you are not even able to pay on time which should be your number 1 priority! What good are you if you can't even do that?

Alison, any reply to my question in this thread (post #175)? I really would like to see fee breakdowns earlier than beginning of this year - just like with the rest of the stats. It should be very simple to implement for you guys (basically changing a couple of DB-questions).
