I emailed them numerous times regarding compliance. Never received an answer from them and today find my account closed.

They can keep the pittance in the account, I am not going to waste my time chasing up a brand that doesn't convert anyways and who never answer any questions etc.

Very strange because I had no problem with them - they answered the compliance e-mail I sent them, confirming they had received it and all was OK.

I'm in the same situation! My account was closed and will remain as it is until they will decide what to do. I too replayed to their emails, sent them a list with all the websites where I promote Bet365 plus told them that I only have 5 to 10 or so UK visitors on all those websites together so I don't really understand why they closed my account.

I will take down all their banners until I see my account reopened.

I don't get why are so a lot of negative responses about bet365 online...
Also, I wanna mention we are not big affiliate partner. But we are working with bet365 ~2 years and at this time had no problems.
We had this issue with UK new low, our account was closed, but it was enough one mail to re-open our account after we sent all information.
