I sent several emails to 7aff.com, Cc to Patrick Rodman and John Valley regarding commission calculation issue before I post a thread here.

Unfortunately, my emails was ignored. Maybe my email was treated as a spam. Therefore, I would like to post the major contents of my emails here, hopefully someone from 7aff.com could see my compliant.

The story is from a year ago.

I have been the affiliate of 7aff.com for over two years. My username: ******* ( hidden)

I am also the cerfified member of AGD,CAP and GPWA. My last payment from 7aff.com was $60.07 via Ecocard on 11 July 2009. After that I did not receive any commission from 7aff.com

Recently, I checked my stats. at 7aff.com

    August 2009 I earned -$8.00
September 2009 I earned 0, but negative balance -$8.00 carryover
    October 2009 I earned $19.83 but adjustment -$8.00 to balance $11.83
    December 2009 I earned $13.70
    January 2010 I earned $10.39 from 7spins, $0.00 from 7reels
    Febuary 2010 I earned $0.00 from 7spins, $0.00 from 7reels
    March 2010 I earned $0.00 from 7spins, $0.00 from 7reels
    April 2010 I earned $59.83 from 7spins, -$74.02 from 7reels
    May 2010 I earned $207.05 from 7spins, $0.00 from 7reels

However, I checked stats. a weeks ago, I found my May earning from 7spins was adjusted -$74.02 to balance $133.03 . It is very strange, isn't it?

For your information, I was told by 7aff.com when I saw their recruitment on CAP,GPWA,AGD forum. As a certified member of the above mentioned forums, I was given a special condition: 40% rev-share percentage lifetime without negative balance carryover.

I researched their website 7Aff.com Affiliate Program , I did not find any negative balance carryover term. And I checked with AGD forum, AGD Terms Certification: Have Retroactively Changed T&C’s? No. Have Negative Carryover? No. Are Casino Earnings Bundled? No.

So, I confirmed that my earning should not be negative balance carryover and casino earning bundled. i.e. negative balance from 7reels was not a reason to adjust 7spins earning for neither negative balance carryover nor casino earning bundled. But 7aff.com deducted the 7reels negative balance from the last month 7spins earning.

Meanwhile, I confirmed there was not any chargeback occurred, even I did not make any money on 7reels.

In order to prevent from any mistake, I searched on Google Yahoo and Bing with phrase "7Aff.com Affiliate Program for 7Spins Casino is now AGD Certified" I found their press release published on many media and websites.

7Aff.com Affiliate Program for 7Spins Casino is now AGD Certified"
7Aff.com, the affiliate program for 7Spins Casino, announced today that they are now AGD (AffiliateGuardDog) Certified.

Along with the AGD certification 7Aff.com offers excellent payment terms to their affiliates with up to 40% revenue share and bonuses for 15+ players a month, updated real-time stats, NO negative balance carry over, on time payments, multiple payment options available including alternative payment methods to ease up the process, dedicated affiliate support, custom made banners, exclusive bonuses, special landing pages and much more.

"We would like to thank the guys from AffiliateGuardDog for the certification" added Mr. Rodman "and assure we will continue to top any standard in this industry to stay the number one choice for our affiliates"

    7Aff.com Affiliate Program - 7Aff.com Affiliate Program
    7Spins.com Casino - 7Spins Casino
    AffiliateGuardDog - http://www.affiliateguarddog.com/ter...agd-certified/

Enough. It is very clear that I should be paid without negative balance carryover and earning bundled. I should be paid 19.83 +13.70 +10.39 +59.83 +207.05=310.80 ($310.80)

Their calculation carryed over the negative balance and bundled 7spins 7reels earning. It was definitely wrong.

I hope Patrick or John or anyone at 7aff.com could see my thread. Meanwhile, I Cc copied my emails to Guard Dog for AGD's help.

    I look forward to feedback.

If anyone has the same experience, please kindly comments. thanks in advance.

I found your email in my spam box (for no good reason I could determine). I will follow up with 7aff today.

    Thanks for posting that!
I confess I have NEVER been able to make head nor tail of the 7Aff reporting.

Because of what the reports were saying I assumed they DID have NCO, but I must also confess that I never got round to trying to contact them for clarification. The main reason was it looked like my players were winning month after month after month, with only 2 months positive for the casino in the 10 months I've been listing them.
If they DON'T have NCO I think they owe me the princely sum of $47.42

These were the notes I made when I tried to fathom their reports in December 2009:
I hope someone from 7Aff can come here and un-confuse me!

Same here, I have a special deal with them also, still I have all the negative amounts rolled over for a year now.
Plus they didn't calculate my sub affiliate earnings to the total sum.
I don't really push them since the Top game fiasco and since they just cross-promoted their new casino to players without tagging the affiliate that sent the player to them.
I'm curious about their answers to these points as well.

    Bump!
Anyone ever get any answers to this?

I see they still have the AGD Approved badge on their website, but that they also seem to still be imposing NCO even though here they are flagged as not having it...

    BUMP AGAIN!

    Still no answers...?

Anyway, I just sat down & went through ALL my stats from the start:
If they DO NOT have NCO then I am owed $585.65 going back to August 2009.
(They have never paid me a penny yet)

I'll try e-mailing them again... Maybe one day I will find out...

I have an answer. They are doing this deliberately.

We picked this up a couple of months ago too. It took us a while since after the Rome Casino fiasco we pulled all top game casinos. But these guys were still earning some residual income.

We found they were counting negatives despite their terms saying that they do not. We emailed them and to their credit they adjusted our account and paid the difference. They assured me it was a mistake on our account only. But now I can see that this is not the case.

I believe that these people are directly connected with top game themselves, as are several other top game affiliate programs. When you email several different programs and the same person who has issued public statements on behalf of top game (Johnathan) keeps responding you start to go hmmmm....
