Hi there,

On Friday we acquired the Betcave Group and Endgame Group of casinos. We will spend the next few weeks working on these brands to incorporate them under the Refilliates.com umbrella.

The acquired brands are:

Betcave Group:
Betcave
GoFish
Vegas Amped
Casino Lust

Endgame Group:
Vanguard
Slot Power

If you are promoting these, please make sure your links are correct as the domains for some of these changed a few months ago. We will add new banners and marketing material over the course of the next 3 months.

We accept US customers and offer really fast wires into this market. Customers claim to receive their cash-outs in less than 24 hours. 24/7 Live Chat also available.

If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,
Dieter

Is there any way that all brands will be done in same affiliate backend? as this reason not got to promote you proper yet because I can not be bothered having to login seperate to each single brand. I find it really strange you have not got them all under same roof like all other affiliate programs?

I have to agree with PaaskeUK. Having 4 different logins for the 4 brands that I'm currently promoting is very inconvenient to say the least. If I am going to need another 6 separate accounts to promote your 6 new brands, then I might remove all your brands :)

Hi,

Betcave has 1 login for 4 brands. Endgame has 1 login for 2 brands. You will need to create 2 accounts to promote the 6 new casinos.

Dieter

No - 6 log-ins for 11 casinos - you can't count! :p

I don't see casino lust in the Betcave affiliate backend. Should it be there?
I can see it in my back-end
Mind you - Bet Cave closed that casino in December 2011.

Hi there,

This is something we have asked of Rival, however they have replied saying that this is not something they can do for us.

I will see what it would entail to build our own affiliate portal.

Dieter

I don't actually see the problem with 6 log-ins: I promoted all these casinos separately in the past and had to log-in to each back-end one at a time. So the situation is still exactly the same - except they are all now owned by the same company. What difference does it make?

What pisses me off more is that I can no longer log in to more than one Rival back-end at a time in separate tabs on my browser - something I used to always do until about 18-24 months ago when Rival changed something

KK - only you would be loading 6, 10, 15... logins at the same time to check stats. :)

I have asked Rival for help / guidance.

That said, I understand the frustration, however this may be something we cannot solve quickly. I hope it won't detract you from marketing our brands as it would be good for players and affiliates knowing there is a reliable operator behind the scenes.

Yep - that's what I used to do - open about 10 Rival back-ends at once - seemed much quicker than having to close each one before moving on to the next.
BUT... I only check my stats once per month (just after month-end) - I would never have time to do ANYTHING else if I checked them every day!

Having many, many accounts is not a problem when you use StatsRemote. If you want to see more than the overview provided in StatsRemote, just click the name of the program and you are immediately logged in to the affiliate program.

Dieter, if you do eventually merge everything into one system, please use NetRefer, Income Access, or Egass, or some other good system. (Not Mexos, and not some homemade POS.)

I must apologize but I have changed my mind about promoting your casinos no matter if there is only one login after finding this. I do remember reading it very long time ago but forgot about it until I was doing some research on ?Tropica Casino >>>> http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/threats-from-tropica-casino

What was all that about if you would not mind to discuss this? I am very confused as well to see you write Dieter? How come your contact is skype: Duwayne.Cowney ?

But to comment on that from askgamblers that just made me feel sick that you could email things like that. With that I will not be promoting your casinos even if that was a fraudster or someone who did chargeback. I find it crazy something like that could be sent to a player no matter what. Deal with it legal and not make any threats is how it should had been dealt with.

But never-mind I know my opinion does not count. But I researched around as well found several interesting threads at casinomeister and other casino sites.

I seem to have found other things like your rival casino are actually just white label and that is reason they can not be under same roof? I just don't like all these things and strange terms with bonus rules. Sorry but if I don't like the looks from a player perspective. Then no chance in hell that I will promote them (sorry my language I just had to say it like this)

Sorry for this comment in this thread. If it does not belong in this thread then we can take it or move my post to other section under your affiliate program if that is okay? As I would just like these things explained and put out right as I just want to know all in's and out's at an affiliate program (their partners/casino).

Hi,

I understand your point of view, so I am not going to rehash something that occurred over a year ago. It was not my staff who communicated with that lady and we resolved the issue with the poster.

Duwayne is our affiliate manager. Has been for 6 years.

I don't understand the white label comment? We share merchant accounts for processing at Rival, because it's just easier to work that way. Support, marketing, management is all done in-house.

The brands cannot be put on under 1 login as Rival don't wish to do the dev work. They are working on several projects and this is simply not important to them.

As KK said, you have 6 logins to check 11 brands. You can build a Rival page and confidently promote 11 casinos where customers will receive service and fast cashouts. That is the brand image we have been trying to build the past 6 years. As an affiliate, you will get paid on the first of each month and you will always have someone to turn to if you need help.

Thank you for you voicing your concerns.

Regards,
Dieter

Those e-mails were sent by a 3rd party company - not Refilliates themselves. Of course, they are still responsible for what happened, but as soon as it was brought to their attention they stopped it and put it right.
Everyone makes mistakes - I bet even you have made a few! It's how you deal with the mistake once you become aware of it that really matters. To err is human, to forgive is divine ;)

It was a BIG mistake it's true, and it cost them dear (they probably would have been CasinoMeister accredited by now if not for that) but there's little they can do after the event, except carry on trying to do the right thing.

In all my dealings with affiliate programs over the last 9 years, I have to say that Refilliates are definitely up there among the best: they are helpful, trustworthy, pay affs & players fast, and above all, honest.
Entirely up to you to decide whether to work with them or not - but not doing so could be another mistake on your part. :p

I agree with KK. And on top of all that.. they have gotten a LOT of affiliates paid from other Rival affiliate programs that were not properly paying. Stand up guys there, IMO.
