Hi Guys,

Happy New Year! :)

Today we present you the Real Revenue Share Audit Report for 440 Affiliates.
They have 1 casino brand: Casino 440.
Our deal with them is 40% from the deposits of the players, i.e. when a player deposits 10$ we'll have 4$. After that 1st deposit if the player deposits again 10$ we'll have other extra 4$.

We deposited EUR 20 via Skrill and took the welcome bonus. Our starting balance was EUR 60.

We started playing some slots:

When our balance was EUR 0 we deposited EUR 10 and continue playing:

And we made another EUR 10 deposit and lost all the funds again:

After playing we went to see the statistics, and here are the results:

Since there was no data for Net Gaming Revenue we couldn't calculate the Real Net Gaming Revenue percentage.

We deposited EUR 20 + EUR 10 + EUR 10. Our earnings should be 40% of each deposit, so we should have earned EUR 8 + EUR 4 + EUR 4 = EUR 16.

However, according to statistics shown we earned only USD 11.80 (which is EUR 10.315).

All in all, be careful if you decide to promote this brand! The statistics might show a different number from the one you expected to see!

We will ask them. We have also redirected all traffic from going to this brand.

I have never seen a casino that has paid % based upon deposits, but it sure looks like they are paying just net revenue, which 40% generally works out at 25% after software providers and banks have taken their fees.

Wonder how can they offer a % of deposits? You could get a friend to deposit 10,000 and you collect 4,000 in commission. Friend then cashes out 10,000. Are you sure it's on deposits and not deposits less cashouts?

This is what the AM said:

"We pay to our affiliate 40% from the deposits of the players.

When a player depostis 10$ you'll have 4$, after that 1st deposit if the player deposits again 10$ you'll have other extra 4$."

I followed up with the AM again asking for the exact calculation for commission. She said the following:

There isn’t possible an exact calculation of this, because it depends on the player if wins or loses, but here is more less a calculation for you to understand it:

Min deposit 20€ - 2,5% payment platform – 17% games provider = NET PROFIT

Net profit * 40% = Revenue for our affiliates.

The amount always depends on the player, if he plays a lot and wins the 17% goes on his wins, not on those 20€ so that’s the reason is impossible a exact calculation.

Seems so, hence us stopping promoting the brand.

The fees sound reasonable.. its the same pretty much every casino charges.. actually some go as far to add in another 25-40% of fees ontop.. if they convert try them out.. probably a new aff manager got it wrong, I would love % of all deposits lol
