Hi all,

So i tried to contact 32red 3 times now and each time they have just chosen to ignore my messages in the affiliate account chat system.

1 of the messages is asking them too add us on skype, but no reply.

Why are they choosing to ignore us??

Are they always like this? I thought 32red was a good casino group, but i am now having my doubts cos of the lack of effort on their part to communicate with us and actually reply :(, not happy at all

They never used to be like this. In fact, they used to very quick to respond to their affiliates. Though sadly, like yourself, I've also experienced similar non-responses. Albeit this is to multiple emails and not the internal messaging system. I think the affiliate side of things at 32Red only has one AM. Though maybe Mark will pop in here at some stage, to help you.

Thanks for the reply, i will see how it goes now, seeming i have posted a thread here, but it actually makes me angry that i had to even make a thread here, we shouldn't have needed to do this.

Do they just not care about their affiliates anymore, and also to be honest even if they have 1 person who deals with affiliates i think that is not sufficient, they should get more people to work in the affiliate department for sure.. :(

I would email directly rather than using the messaging system - I think its pretty easy for those messages to get missed.

I did email first, and they ignored that, so i then decided to post a message in the chat system in the affiliate site, and the same outcome :(

Dear TigerLair,

Sorry for any delay you experienced over the weekend. Your request for a representative to join your forum was sent to me for approval as we generally don’t register on smaller forums as it can become difficult to manage. I was actually on vacation this weekend so there was a delay in the decision being made. Sorry about that.

We would be more than happy for a representative to sign up to your forum when your forum has more activity, I see you only have 26 registered members at this time.

I’ll ask Alison or Danny to respond to your other requests asap.

Regards

Mark

So i say thanks for the delayed reply :(

But that wasn't my only question i had for you, but Alison answered those other ones now for me, but anyway, the reason behind me asking early was, just cos it will be good that people can see we have reps already on our forum, ready, so that way, i don't have to chase them up afterwards, i was going to try get reps on board early on, instead of waiting and doing them on a when needed basis.

That was my thinking behind it.

I always like to think ahead of time, and get things done as soon as i can, saves work down the line.

Thanks

Tiger

Today They Deactivate my account I don't know why.
I'm just receive their email:

We have tried to contact you without success regarding the changes that need to be made in line with UK Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014, which came into force on 1st November 2014.

According to our records we have not received a response from you on this, and therefore we have suspended your affiliate account with immediate effect.

This is your last chance to let us know that you are compliant with the new regulations, or if you feel they do not apply to you as you are promoting 32Red outside the UK. If you do not respond to this email within the next 30 days, by the 12th February 2015 then your account with 32Red will be permanently closed.

Should you have any questions on this, or wish to contact the 32Red Affiliate Team please emailaffiliates@32red.com.

Kind Regards,

Justin Daich
