Ricardos, despite sounding like a Primrose Hill Hairdressers, certainly looks the best, but all three of the new brands do look good. In fact, Tropica and Casho'Lot are very much left in the dust visually by these three. Any plans to update the look of those two sites as well?

Thank you for the feedback - much appreciated!

Tropica goes under the knife next month with the design concept already approved. We are redoing Sahara Sands first as we can't agree on whether we like it or not. Our designers have done 2 new looks for Sahara and hopefully we will have it ready by COB next week Friday.

So far, Gibson is the one players like the most, but we tried to make each unique. It was no easy task delivering 3 brands in 5 weeks, but the team did a great job! (I don't believe anyone has launched 3 new casinos in 1 day?)

Just tried to download Gibson and got an error (not the first time I've seen this trying to download a Rival casino).
Tried it again and it worked second time, but errors like this COULD put players off.
Anyone know why this happens?

Hi,

Tropica and Cash o' Lot are under 1 login and the 3 new brands require separate accounts. This is the only way it can work for now until Rival merges the brands together.

We set everything up on 1 website though to make it easier.

Could be a packet loss or corrupt data due to a packet loss. I've experience an identical issue with Rival casinos. It seems that some places, the file is served from the Rival servers. Maybe that uses some type of GEO IP caching to deliver files etc etd from the closest point. However, this doesn't always work as planned and hence packet losses can corrupt a file.
