2 affiliate program systems?

The affiliate program link that appears at the bottom of the BetFred site points to http://www.betfredaffiliates.com

However, this does not have the Affiliate Guard Dog logo, and I'm unable to log into this system with my current username and pasword.

BetFred have another affiliate program URL at http://adv.betfred.com

This does have the Affiliate Guard Dog logo and I'm able to log into this system with my current username and password.

Questions:
1. Why do they have 2 separate systems?
2. Which is the legitimate one?
3. Why isn't the Affiliate Guard Dog logo on betfredaffiliates.com ?
4. Why isn't BetFred linking to http://adv.betfred.com where they display the Affiliate Guard Dog logo?

I will have to take a look deeper into this one. We certified the Playtech portion of the affiliate program. They only had 1 system before.

There is a Betfred thread running on GPWA and that question came up there. I think I read that Income Access was taking over the affiliate program. I believe the migration is in progress at this moment. That may have something to do with the duplication of services at the moment.
