The contract (Terms and Conditions) state:
xxxhttp://www.brightshare.com/terms-conditions.html

5. Commissions & Payments

Clause i

"BrightShare calculates the commission payments at the end of each month and makes the payments on the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month, or on the first business day after the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month."

Regardless of what it states elsewhere, the T&C's are a contract and these terms take precidence over anything else.

Whilst I understand issues arise sometimes, I'm getting a little tired of you guys being the last to pay each month - especially when it's on or around the 20'th.

Honestly, if Casino Rewards who run 5 or 6 x more casinos that you do and can pay no later than the 7'th of each month, I don't see why BS have to string payments out.

Adding Referback pays around the 5'th and Fortune Affiliates pay around the 12'th of each month.

Whilst I've had the conversation before and was told the 20'th as stated here: xxxhttp://www.brightshare.com/payment-options.html That's a moot point because the contract states "makes the payments on the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month".

So why can't you pay on time?

I usually receive BS payments between 15th and 18th.
At today, still nothing.

Thanks mate!

My point is it should always be paid by the 15'th or the next business day. Fact is BS don't work Friday's and their processor doesn't work Sunday's. So effectively affiliate payments are delayed because BS can't or wont get their collective act together.

Of course nothing delays their Newsletter or pushing for more banners spots, hell no

Hi Guys,

Our payments were finalized and sent off to the processor on the morning of the 15th. This means the processor should make payments on the same day.

AussieDave - if you still haven't received payment, please contact me right away (you have my email) and we'll track it down.

Later - Marcia

Some programs always pay on time, some are often late...

Personally, with the crap performance these days of most of the places I promote, I am just happy to be waiting for ANY money from anywhere - it's a lot better than having nothing to wait for... :(

Different horses for different courses.
Whilst some months are good most are crappy these days. So I can't afford to just sit on my hands and wait. Mt point is, (and I'm not having a go at BS btw), affiliates shouldn't have to play the "when will i get paid" guessing game each month.

If I had a buck for every time this topic comes up, well I'd be rich and wouldn't have to sweat it out on commission payments each month. Affiliate like everyone else have commitments and bills to pay - can't pay them if earnings aren't received on time.

Besides, last week I spent over 8 hours chasing down payments. Total waste of my time.

Not just replying to you Dave, but to all the "big affiliates" who make similar comments...
Personally I find it hard to believe that affiliates who have way bigger businesses than mine and who are raking in mega-bucks really have to sweat on whether they get paid on time or 7 days late. Are they all honestly living hand-to-mouth?
Maybe they are - if so it's a pretty bad situation to be in IMO. :(

Personally I have a large enough "float" to last at least a couple of months even if I had zero pay. But maybe that's a benefit of only being a small-time affiliate; they do say the bigger they are, the harder they fall!

I agree about the time wasting though; I DO still chase up late payers eventually, and it is very annoying having to spend valuable time on that.

Can't speak for others but I've been hit with winners (whales) cleaning me out month after month.
Past 3 months the Dave's rainy day fund is running on empty.

Doesn't help when my partner's work hours are slashed. That used to help in times like this. Unfortunately the big bills still need paying every month and what not, so yes right now being paid on time for me is pretty damn important. ;D

PS I've been advised I'll receive payment of August commission within 48 hours.
