What's everyone's experience of 10bet.com? They seem pretty eager and friendly. Seem to have a good site. Can't find much information, good or bad, about them on the forums. Anyone had much experience of this company? Do they convert well, any other issues?

Hi,

I promote their sportsbook almost 2 years (casino for few months). Conversion ratio of new players in new depositors for sportsbook is 50% and this is great. Bad thing is they have NCO, but commisions can be up to 50%. Affiliate manager is very professional and regulary updates me with new promotions, changes in banking option (fees etc.). In overall, I recommend them.

Thanks, sounds positive. As with all lesser known sportsbooks i'm always worried about revenue per player and retention. Do you find the brand attracts good value and high value players that stick around?

Thanks Engineer. So difficult to find smaller programs that you can entirely trust these days. Well, I guess that's the nature of the industry. My worry with smaller advertisers is that they are more likely to be a bit bullish at changing terms or skimming players, whereas the big guys may have their negatives but for a reputable big advertiser based in the UK it would probably be more than their worth to play dirty. Some affiliates I've spoken to say they don't get the high revenue players with 10bet - perhaps this is a result of the large bonuses they hand out which in turn come off affiliate earnings.

On a separate note, I believe 10bet are based in Bulgaria, but they don't accept Bulgarian players? Always seemed odd to me. They do have a UK betting license though. I believe UK customers are under the UK license and ROW customers are under Curacao - this will have tax implications for UK affiliates if you are VAT registered.

My experience with them so far hasn't been wonderful. Had some good conversions and commissions in Oct. For some reason they didn't pay and chose to carry that balance through November, during which time players won and balance dropped. I was then paid a reduced commission the following month.

I was going to complain that a) they should've paid the Oct commissions on time anyway and b) following months winnings shouldn't decrease balance owed.

In the end couldn't be bothered, but will just promote them (or not) accordingly.

10bet won't be going on my sites. Ever. I don't trust them not to screw over my visitors.
