MeridianBet not paying affiliates - owe us more than 10k€ - UNRESOLVED

Hello everyone,

just wanted to give heads-up to all affiliates. We've been working with Meridianbet Serbia for some time now, and they owe us more than 10k€ in commission, dating back to 2022. They request invoices, and then just do not pay, basically wasting our time and resources. Avoid them at all costs!

All the casino/sportsbook operators from Serbia, some of whom have expanded into other markets, are owned by criminals, shady people close to the government and so on. You get the picture.

My warm advice would be never to work with them, or you risk getting cheated, just like StaveOnline.

wowzers, didn't even know these guys were still going on. they did a very small amount of business in the UK many years ago before the need for a UKGC licence. they just pulled their affiliate program once for at least 6 months with no notifications etc and never responded, i just forgot about them as it was peanuts at the time

@StaveOnline Very sorry, but we don't have any news on your case. The emails we sent are left with no answer. We will mark this case as unresolved and in case we do hear from the representatives we will re-open the case and assist further.

I have the same issue only for a smaller amount (€400) but I still want my money. I promoted them for Belgium market and got this email at the end of June:

Dear Affiliate Associate,

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to you on behalf of the Meridianbet.be team. Firstly, I would like to introduce new contact for affiliates, Nina Maras.

Her email is nina.maras@meridianbet.com.

Nina will be working closely with you on managing our affiliate partnerships and enhancing collaboration.

Please always CC Andjela Savovic, her email is andjela.savovic@meridianbet.com

In order to formalize our partnership and ensure a smooth working relationship, we kindly request that you provide us with a signed affiliate contract, if any, or agreement that we concluded before.

We value our partnership with your company and look forward to continuing our successful collaboration.

We will check new regulations under the law regarding affiliate marketing and we will let you know if we will continue our collaboration after July 1st.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We appreciate your prompt response, which will allow us to proceed efficiently with our partnership.

Since I got this email I responded several times and asked for a payout. Both ladies, Nina and Andjela just don't react on my emails.

Very frustrating and I have no clue what to do next besides keep emailing them every week and ask for an update.

Just a quick update from our side. We're going back and forth with them in terms of contracts invoices, and they even asked for installments of payments to which we agreed.

Today we received a letter of termination from their legal team, with demands to refund past payments that were paid and approved by their affiliate team, so ... no words.

That is sick!

After my last post here I got an email beginning of August from Nina saying that they will proceed with the preparation of the contract necessary for the further steps related to my payment. Once the contract is drafted and approved they will process my payment.

Still waiting for that contract. I send them a reminder every two weeks.
