Kevin Not only have I sent a message via your inbox but two e-mails to Steve and 3 to support. I've had no reply. I have not recieved a Casino Affiliate Now payment e-mail in over 2 months - before that all was good. My affiliate ID is : fccash I would appreciate a response.

I have been working with Referback since 2007-2008 and I have recieved the inactive 'treatment" (Aug 2013) No such terms were present when I became an affiliate. Which no doubt gets my blood boiling. So.... I assume this clause refers to ALL affiliates and not just those signing up recently.

Hopefully payment will show up here soon as well
