IMO most important is a good, fair welcome bonus (low wr), monthly reload bonus and VIP program. A no deposit bonus will attract more players, but also lots of bonus abuser and fake accounts.
Occasionally cashback, contests, tournaments and so on are also good to motivate...
Furthermore I did receive an update (newsletter). There is not a single word in it, that changes will not affect old affiliates. For me it reads as those changes apply to all affiliates.
