Title:iNetBet Remains PredatoryDate:December 11, 2009 9:40 am

iNetBet had ‘appeared’ to reverse some of their predatory terms a short time ago, but after talking with them – this is not to be the case. Please read through the terms below as we find them highly predatory towards affiliates.

TERMS UPDATE, COMMISSIONS, NEGATIVE CARRYOVER

4. Revenue Sharing Payment i. INetBet shall pay out a revenue share on the Commissionable earnings generated by each customer, as defined by the merchant. ii. Commissionable earnings are calculated as the merchants profit, less charge-backs, complimentary money, free money offers and other incentives offered to the customer. a. Charge-back: A credit card holder discovers irregular transactions made on his/her Credit/Debit Card, which were not authorized by him/her. The credit card holder then requests his/her bank to reverse these charges. Charge backs relate to fraudulent use by a third party of the credit card holder’s card or card number. b. Should the player process a charge back, the disputed or charged-back revenue generated by yourself will be forfeited and therefore deducted from the total balance due to you for the current month. c. Should this deduction of the accumulated revenue exceed your current amount due, your balance will then revert to a negative balance, and you will have to earn revenue to cover the charge-back before you can start earning revenue again. d. Negative balances on an account are carried forward to proceeding months . We understand that this might be frustrating to the Affiliates, but it has to be made clear that the casino can only pay out a percentage of their profits, not fraudulent revenue . Negative balances created by players winning are reviewed monthly. In certain circumstances these may be cancelled . e. Complimentary Money, Free Money and 6 . Other other incentives refer to those amounts credited to the account of customers. As they have not purchased these amounts we cannot pay commissions on these amounts. iii. Commissionable earnings will be subject to commissions as calculated using the tiered commission tables in force from time to time. iv. Commissionable earnings will be earned for the life of the customer, on all transactions the customer undertakes at the merchant, . This will continue for as long as the affiliate remains a member of , has a visible online presence and continues to supply players to this affiliate program. v. Payments are made on the 21st of the preceding month. Payments are effected by Check, NETeller and Prepaid ATM Wire , online walllets or into affiliate’s casino account . Accounts may request wire details for payments over a certain amount. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to select the method of payment. Unless otherwise stipulated all payments will be made by Check.

TERMS UPDATE, COMMISSIONS, NEGATIVE CARRYOVER

Affiliates are responsible for promoting the merchant by implementing the advertising , banners and tracking URL’s on your websites , e-mails or other communications . iNetBet reserves the right to terminate any non-active accounts . Should an affiliate close their website/organisation or fail to supply new players for a 6 month period , termination of agreement may occur.

Summary: The active affiliate term is the predatory term here. They will terminate your account if they cannot convert a player in 6 months (that you have sent). There are plenty of RTG casinos out there with proper terms and conditions.

Title:iNetBet Affiliate Payment UpdateDate:August 27, 2009 9:06 am

iNetBet have updated their terms to cover all eWallets instead of specifying them by name, possibly due to the number of new and failing processors in the last several years.

TERMS UPDATE, Commissions, Payment Methods

Payments are effected by Check, Wire, NETeller and Prepaid ATM online walllets or into affiliate’s casino account.

Summary:This catch-all type of change helps the affiliate programs manage terms and conditions. Specific payment methods are probably best kept for site FAQs and specific payment method pages on their website.
