Best Casino Partner we all remember as the program who enacted a predatory term and affiliates united in response to the egregious action. BCP made a change at that time to ensure it was not a retroactive term (after affiliates screamed). Now, many months later, the term appears to be removed. We will talk with the folks at BCP to verify this change.

If your account balance is less than $50 or $200, the amount will be carried over to the next month’s payment. Any Partner Account established post-Nov. 1, 2008 that remains inactive for a period of 90 days will be adjusted to a revenue percentage of 15 percent. Should this account remain inactive for a further 90 days this percentage will drop to 5 percent. Once an ”inactive” account reflects a minimum of one depositing player having been sent the account will be set at a base revenue share of 30 percent. ”Inactive” is defined as no new qualified players delivered within this prescribed period

Summary:This terms change should have happened many months ago. Better late than never, but we will contact BCP to be sure this change is indeed one that is not a mistaken upload of an old webpage

While it was in very poor taste for Best Casino Partner to enact a predatory term (retroactively) in the first place, at least they have rectified the situation to ensure that their longtime affiliates will NOT be affected retroactively. Good work BCP!

I think we have all heard this by now, but Best Casino Partner has enacted a predatory term. They attempted to improve upon this by not closing affiliate accounts and we applaud them for that. However – they still propose to reduce affiliate earnings all the way to 5%. This is NOT good for affiliates. Additionally, they dropped the first-tier sub-affiliate earnings to 7% without telling anyone about it. This is not the way partners treat one another.

Sub-Affiliate Earnings Change

First-Tier Affiliate Referral Program – Earn 10% Earn 7% override on the Casino Gross Revenue payment made to the referred affiliate for all qualified real players referred by your directly referred affiliates, regardless of whether your referred affiliates elect the CPA or Revenue-Share option.

Second-Tier Sub-Affiliate Referral Program – Earn 5% override on the Casino Gross Revenue payment made from your Web masters’ referrals for all qualified real players referred by any affiliates referred by your directly referred affiliates, regardless of whether such sub affiliates elect the CPA or Revenue-Share option. Such fees will be paid to you for the referred Affiliate life of the players, provided such players remain in good standing. Third-Tier Sub-Affiliate Referral Program – Earn 3% override on the Casino Gross Revenue payment made from your Web masters’ referrals for all qualified real players referred by any affiliates referred by your directly referred affiliates, regardless of whether such sub affiliates elect the CPA or Revenue-Share option. Such fees will be paid to you for the life of the players, provided such players remain in good standing.

UPDATED TERM, CPA Removed

”CPA” means a one-time fee (see Table 2 in Section 3) paid to an Affiliate based on the number of new unique real money players referred by the Affiliate each month who download, register and make an INITIAL FIRST purchase of $50 or more at our Partner Casinos.


For Affiliates who elect to participate in our CPA program, we will provide you with access to stats detailing number of Players who sign up with our Partner Casinos and who make qualifying Purchases under this program.

OPTION 2 – CPA Fees: a one-time flat royalty paid to you based on qualified new Players who you have referred. Any affiliate wishing to participate in the CPA offer will be required to contact our team to ask for the CPA offer. Requests will only be considered from affiliates having three months or more continuous activity in our program AND this activity evaluated to validate the request.

Table 2 shows the CPA fees you will earn in this program option based on the number of new unique real money players who download, register and purchase a minimum of $50 at any one of our Partner Casinos. Only the first such registration and purchase by any customer shall count for CPA payment. Your account balance must be at least $50 if you are to be paid through Neteller and $200 for any other payment method in order to receive any payment. If your account balance is less than $50 or $200, the amount will be carried over to the next month’s payment.

CasinoBlasters has now decided to add a minimum player rule to it’s growing list of unfavorable affiliate terms. This one, though, will get Blasters marked as a Predatory program by AGD.

NEWLY ADDED PREDATORY TERM

Stale balances will be cleared from any Affiliate account that is inactive for 180 days. The following is subject to review on a case-by-case basis: Any Partner Account remaining inactive for a period of 90 days or longer is subject to closure without any further notice. Any future earnings on these accounts will be forfeited automatically. ”Inactive” is defined as no new qualified players delivered within this prescribed period.

Summary: This IS A ‘Minimum Player Rule’ and is considered a predatory practice. Affiliate programs who utilize this practice do so in order to close affiliate accounts where the affiliate is making money even though he/she hasn’t sent a player in awhile (This may or may not be the affiliate’s problem, sometimes the search engines drop your site, sometimes the affiliate might get sick… ALWAYS – the program will take your money).
