1.4 “Active Affiliate” means:


1.4.1 Casino: an Affiliate who sends at least 1 (one) new active player per month that will wager 100 EUR; or has a wager amount of 100 EUR performed by one or more players.


1.4.2 Poker: an Affiliate who sends a player that will generate a minimum amount of Rake of 5 EUR.


4.2.2 Commissions will be based upon :
· our statistics and our good faith calculation;
· the number of Active Affiliates sent.

1.9 1.8 Contributed Rake is the quotient obtained when multiplying the total amount of the rake taken from the pot by the percentage of money the player had contributed to the pot. For example, if the pot is $100 EUR and the player you contributed $10 EUR of that pot then your percentage is 10%. Therefore, if the rake taken from that hand was $10 EUR then your theoretical rake would have been $1. 1 EUR.


1.10 1.9 Commission is defined as: Casino Net Revenue means the amount of bets minus Casino winnings minus Casino bonuses plus adjustments to Casino bonuses. Poker : Casino: Net revenue = Gross Revenue means the total of all (Player Rakes plus Poker tournament entry fees minus Losses – Player Wins) – Bonuses – Adjustments (Charge backs) Poker bonuses. 1.11 Poker : Rake +/- Net transfer in/out to poker system – Bonuses.

2.3 Pay a Commission

We will pay you Commission structure: according to (defined above) we earn from players directed from your site after they open an account with us and generate real money, based on the tables published formula described in the Affiliate Club site point 1.8 above.

5.2.3 If you have failed to fulfill your obligations and responsibilities we will not pay the Commission owned to you upon on termination will not be paid.


5.2.4 We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. The outstanding balance of Commission that you are entitled to receive upon termination will be paid within 60 days of the effective termination date.


5.2.5 If we continue to permit play from customers after termination, this will not constitute a continuation or renewal of this Agreement or a waiver of termination.


5.2.6 You will be entitled only to those unpaid Referral Fees, if any, earned by you on or prior to the date of termination. You will not be entitled to Referral Fees occurring after date of termination. For the clearance of any doubts
You shall stop receiving the Commission:If your representatives act in a way that diminishes and/or tarnishes the image and or reputation of AffiliateClub.com. If you are not an “Active Affiliate”, according to the definition herein.

5.2.7 You are only eligible to earn referral fees from players’ registrations that took place during the term of this Agreement.
