Title:AffClub makes terms changes and moreDate:June 3, 2008 7:54 am

AffClub Affiliates have made changes to their Terms and Conditions, adds a ‘Whistleblowing’ page to their website, and appears to purposely get the date wrong on their T&C’s change date.

ORIGINAL TERM

Legal Agreements The Purpose of this Agreement is to regulate our relationship with you and to protect us in the event of any purposeful and deliberate misbehaviour by our Affiliates.

UPDATED TERM
Legal Agreements The Purpose of this Agreement is to clarify the nature of your relationship with us. This Agreement in the most part deals with defining the operating terms of the relationship. It also refers to some Breach Disciplinary Clauses. These clauses are intended to only be exercised on those rare occasions where some inappropriate behaviour has been committed and an affiliate is in breach of the Agreement. Our intention is to create a successful and long-term relationship with our Affiliates and to ensure you are rewarded well for your efforts. Provided you act in good faith there should be no need for us to exercise any of the disciplinary provisions contained herein. Any changes to this Agreement will be communicated to you in accordance with Clause 1.3 of the Agreement below. Changes to the Agreement are generally made in line with regulatory developments or if the nature of the industry landscape changes. The Purpose of this Agreement is to regulate our relationship with you and to protect us in the event of any purposeful and deliberate misbehaviour by our Affiliates.

Summary: This change appears simple enough. It is a bit strange that it is necessary, but a good addition nonetheless.

UPDATED TERM
Currently the Sites offered within the Affiliate Network are: EnterCasino.com NoblePoker.com ClubDiceCasino.com CarnivalCasino.com 50StarsCasino.com FairPoker.com CasinoKing.com MagicBoxCasino.com CasinoLasVegas.com MissBingo.com SCasino.com

Summary: It appears that 50StarsCasino.com was neglected in the previous terms :) It is now added to the available sites for promotion.

Here is the MAJOR problem we have with this update to AffClub Terms and Conditions:

UPDATED TERMS DATE
PartyPartners Limited Last modified 20 July 4 December 2007

Summary: This type of practice is predatory, IMO.  This leads affiliates to believe that the last update of the terms was December 4th 2007 when it was, in fact, updated on June 2nd, 2008.  This is a horrible practice and needs to be stopped, IMO.

Title:AffClub changes FAQ and CommissionsDate:May 21, 2008 6:39 am

AffClub has changed their FAQ and Commissions pages on their website in order to remove Noble Poker from CPA affiliates. It appears that anyone on the CPA commissions model can no longer promote Noble Poker. Since Affclub did NOT notify their affiliates, nobody is 100% sure of why this change was made.

FAQ Change

Commissions Page Change
CPA Plan Applicable Brands: CasinoLasVegas, CasinoKing, EnterCasino, CarnivalCasino, ClubDiceCasino, SCasino, MagicBoxCasino, 50StarsCasino , NoblePoker and FairPoker ONLY.

This is a very strange change and should have been something they notified their affilaites about :(
