Affibucks has moved towards a predatory term.  They now look to reduce commissions LOWER than the agreed upon commission rate in the event you no longer promote their properties

Change #1 – Category: COMMISSIONS, COMMISSION REDUCTION

NEW TERM

In the event that you should cease to promote the Sites altogether, C-Planet retains the right to reduce your commission to 20%, unless otherwise agreed to by C-Planet.

SUMMARY:  This is a reduction in commissions LOWER than any recorded listing on the affiliate website.  This is effectively stealing the hard-earned dollars of affiliates.  We (affiliates) work hard to get players for C-Planet/Affibucks and now they want to reduce commissions because we may not promote them at the moment.  This is a good reason to stop promoting them immediately – do not let them hang this over your head when you have large commissions coming.

Affibucks has changed the minimum payment for affiliates to be paid their commissions. This is quite the large change and affiliates should be aware of it when promoting Affibucks’ properties.
Change #1 – Category: COMMISSIONS, MINIMUM PAYMENT

UPDATED TERM

In the event that the commission to be paid to you in any calendar month is less than $50 200 (the ”Minimum Amount”), C-Planet shall not be obligated to make the payment until such time as the commission is equal to or greater than the Minimum Amount.

SUMMARY: While this is not predatory, affiliates should be aware of the change. This is a large increase in minimum payment and WILL stop some affiliates from being paid this next month.
