Superiorshare have revised their Terms and Conditions to show that their Jurisdiction is now Cyprus instead of Costa Rica.

Miscellaneous Governing Law Jurisdiction This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Costa Rica without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Costa Rica and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.

OUR SUMMARY: Superiorshare is just revising the terms and conditions appropriately now that they have moved Jurisdictions. This is a good thing as it shows they are moving forward after recent laws.
