PAF Partners have updated the termination clause surrounding fraud, commissions, and termination to provide clarity
TERMS UPDATE, TERMINATION, FRAUD
10.4
Upon termination, due to breach of this Agreement, and more precisely entire section of 6.4, section 6.6 and 10.7, by the Affiliate , the Affiliate shall not be entitled to receive Commissions resulting from any Player Net Losses, for the current month in which Termination occurred, or for any subsequent month/s after Termination Date.
