Kharma Partners changes the highest commission level from 50% to 45%. We do not know how many affiliates have ever reached this level, but suspect most are custom-deals at that range.

At the close of every month, we look at the combined gamewin of all your players and give you a percentage as high as 50% 45%.

SUMMARY: This term, if not retroactively applied to affiliates already under the 50% model, is acceptable and clearly states their top-level commissions payout percentage.
