Parabol LTD Unibet (International) Ltd, and you and Affiliate mean the individual or entity which applies for affiliate payment in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Unibet (International) Ltd (hereinafter Unibet) is a company duly registered on the 28th March 2000, under the laws of Malta by means of registration No. C 26127 having its office at Fawwara Bldgs Msida Road, Gzira GZR 1402 Malta. Nevertheless, all payments to Affiliate shall be made by a payment agent: Unibet (London) Ltd having its business offices at Wimbledon Bridge House, 4th Floor, 1 Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 3RU, United Kingdom, a sister company of Unibet (International) Ltd. Both Parties agree and acknowledge that Unibet (International) Ltd may change from time to time, and at its sole discretion, the payment method and/or payment agent, always provided that Unibet (International) Ltd is and remains exclusively responsible for payment of any amounts due.

4.5. Method of Payment. All payments will be due and payable in United States Dollars only. At our sole discretion, and as we deem appropriate, we may accommodate other methods of payment. Any charges incurred for other methods of payment will be covered by you and deducted from your Affiliate Fee. Affiliate invoices should be addressed to the payment agent: Unibet (London) Ltd, Wimbledon Bridge House, 4th Floor, 1 Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 3RU, United Kingdom.

8.7. Governing Law. The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement , its construction, interpretation, (and enforcement any claim, and the rights of the parties hereto will be determined dispute or matter arising under , or in connection with it or its enforceability) shall be governed by , and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa-Rica Malta. Each party irrevocably submits to the Malta Arbitration Centre, Valletta over any claim, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement or its enforceability.
