Gamingang have updated their terms and conditions at the request of the AGD Certification team. These updates are around the ‘Active/Minimum Player’ term and fraud term.

REMOVED TERM, Commissions, Minimum Player Rule

Once an ”inactive” account reflects a minimum of one depositing player having been sent the account will be set at a base revenue share of 25 percent. ”Inactive” is defined as no new qualified players delivered within this prescribed period.

UPDATED TERM, Fraud, Bonus abuse

For the purpose of this Agreement and by way of example only the term ”Fraud” shall include, but shall not be limited to, actual or attempted: Bonus abuse on the part of Real New Players Fraudulent Activity shall mean a deception which in the sole opinion GaminGang is deliberately practiced by a Customer or an Affiliate in order to secure a real or potential, unfair or unlawful gain, this means that a customer or affiliate may not abuse or use one GaminGang’s clients bonuses in order to unethically generate commissions to the affiliate.

Summary:This is a requested change per the Terms Certification Team at AGD. Both changes are great for affiliates and this move by Gamingang shows they are being pro-active in their approach to making affiliates welcome.
