11.1 Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Bahamas without reference to rules governing choice of law. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Bahamas and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.

NEW Terms
11.1 Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Isle of Man without reference to rules governing choice of law. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Isle of Man and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.
