Minimum Activity Removal

3.9 All Youwin affiliates are required to refer a minimum of 5 active Customers within a three month period of joining the program. Should an affiliate not reach this requirement the affiliate account will be manually reviewed and may be subject to closure.

Collusion and Fraud

3. Collusion and Fraud
3.1 The term "fraud" in refer to affiliate collusion is an attempt by an affiliate or group of affiliate to generate fraudulent commission with a coordinated effort. Collusion shall include but not be limited to:. Coordinated bonus about in an attempt to artificially increase commissions,. Coordinated betting where such bets are made as an effort to artificially increase commissions,. Offering players financial incentives for the purpose of gaining a rebate from your affiliate commissions,. Duplicate affiliate and/or player accounts for the purpose of collusion and. Any other act which youwin.com may determine through detailed investigation as being used to generate fraudulent commissions.

Summary: Collusion and Fraud was added to the terms in place of 'Minimum Activity'. This was a suggestion by AGD to allow them to trap fraud while not forcing affiliates into unfavorable terms.

YouWin Partners removes a term which could have been used to terminate an affiliate account unnecessarily. Thank you, YouWin!

Removal of Predatory Term

3.7. To actively promote and market the YouWin brand throughout the partnership. Actively promoting the YouWin brand is understood as using the best efforts to effectively advertise, market and promote the Brand as widely as possible in order to maximise the mutual benefits of the partnership. Failure to do so shall constitute breach of Agreement and be subject to termination in accordance with this Agreement. To use only a link provided within the scope of the Partner Programme, otherwise no warranty whatsoever can be assumed for proper registration and sales accounting. Also, not to change or modify in any way any link or marketing material without prior written authorisation from the Partner Programme.

This term deals with Rakeback affiliates who are giving a higher percentage of Rakeback to their players.

Rackeback Terms

month.16.6 The maximum Rake Back allowance applied by youwin.com or any affiliates must not exceed 30%. If any affiliate offers more than 30$, their account will be closed with immediate effect and commissions generated will be held pending further investigation and may be confiscated at the sole discretion of youwin.com.16.7 Upon violation of point 16.6, youwin.com is contractually obliged to release the Affiliate's individual or company details to the Entraction Network as part of our contractual agreement, which may result in the partner being blacklisted on the Entraction NetworkVersion 1.3Updated 20.01.2011

Summary: The only reason for the warning here is to be sure rakeback affiliates note this new change and that their details could be given over to another company if they violate the term as outlined.
