Wannabet removed their Active Affiliate clause and clarified their termination clause. As a result of the changes, they were certified at AGD.
TERMS UPDATE, TERMINATION, INACTIVE AFFILIATE
This agreement can be terminated at any time without prior notice if the Affiliate is not an active member of the Program
TERMS UPDATE, TERMINATION, CLARIFICATION
Affiliate and WannaBet will be released from all obligations and liabilities to each other occurring or arising after the date of such termination , except with respect to those obligations that by their nature are designed to survive termination , as set out in this Agreement. Termination will not relieve Affiliate from any liability arising from any breach of this Agreementagreement, which occurred prior to termination.
Summary:The inactive affiliate clause was removed at AGD’s request as well as the clarification to the termination clause. We thank Wannabet immensely for the smooth mediation process. (smooth for us, lenghty for them
