Unibet now has the ability to remove, close, or make commissions unavailable if the affiliate or player has committed fraud.

TERMS UPDATE, AFFILIATE ACCEPTANCE, PARTY EMPLOYEES

If Unibet determines, in its sole discretion, that the Affiliate has engaged in any of the foregoing activities
or doubtful patterns, and the list above is not limitative. As a result Unibet it may (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it)
, (a) withhold any monies otherwise payable to the Affiliate under this Agreement and/or terminate this agreement.
, in particular adjust the commission earned on the offending player in the affiliate account to 0%, sever the relationship between the affiliate and the player account and/or (b) close the player and/or affiliate account and/or immediately terminate this Agreement.

This is a very minor terms update and only involves the address change for the Unibet Affiliate program.

TERMS UPDATE, Address Location, Unibet Affiliates

This document (the Agreement) sets out the terms and conditions agreed between (Unibet (International) Ltd (hereinafter Unibet), a company duly registered on the 28th March 2000, under the laws of Malta by means of registration No. C 26127 having its registered office at The Plaza Complex, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 15 ”Fawwara Bldgs” Msida Road, Gzira GZR 1402 Malta) and the person set out on the relevant application form (hereinafter the Affiliate), regarding the Affiliates application to join (and if the Affiliates application is successful, the Affiliates membership of) Unibets affiliate program and to promote the Unibet Site and the creation of internet hyperlinks from the Affiliates website to the Unibet Site (hereinafter the Links).

Summary:Again, no big deal for Unibet but we are glad to see that they keep up enough with their website to include address updates.
