Totesport Affiliates, at the request of the AGD Certification team, has removed the 'Active Affiliate' clause from the termination clause of their terms and conditions.

TERMS UPDATE - MINIMUM ACTIVITY CLAUSE

6.2 Either party may terminate this agreement by notice in writing with immediate effect if the other party is in material breach of any of the terms of this agreement. Material breach shall specifically include your failure to provide / maintain any of the e-links for a period of more than 3 days consecutively or 6 days in aggregate in any calendar month. 6.3 Either party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notice in writing if liquidation or similar proceedings are filed by or against the other party.

Totesport Affiliates change terms in regards to affiliates who encourage the abuse of bonuses.

2.8 You shall not encourage the abuse of any bonus , free bet or promotion offered by totesport.com . Failure to comply with this will result in your account being reviewed resulting in probable commission structure changes or account closure should you persist once warned.
