Ruby Royal have changed the terms in regards to Charbebacks
If Should the player process a charge backor credit occurs during the fee payment processing period (15 business days), we reserve the right disputed or charged-back revenue generated by yourself will be forfeited and therefore deducted from the total balance due to deduct you for the associated fees from current month. Should this deduction of the revenues owing accumulated revenue exceed your current amount due, your balance will then revert to a negative balance, and you will have to earn revenue to cover the charge-back before you can start earning revenue again.
Ruby Royal have changed their commissions calculation for all affiliates who have signed up after December 23rd. This is NOT a retroactive change, but new affiliates MUST be aware of the differences.
1.7. “Adjusted Net Win” , Win and Earnings” : Definition of Adjusted Net Win – Applied to affiliates that sign up BEFORE 23 December 2009 “ANW” and “Earnings” means the net revenue earned by an affiliate through Ruby Royal Casino affiliate program, based solely on our log files. The calculation for ANW is: ANW = Deposits – Redeems – Progressive Contributions – Fraud and Chargebacks Definition of Adjusted Net Win – Applied to affiliates that sign up AFTER 23 December 2009 ” ANW” and ” Earnings” means the net revenue earned by an affiliate through Ruby Royal Casino affiliate program , based solely on our log files . The calculation for ANW is : ANW = Bets – Wins – Bonuses/Comps/Free Credits – Progressive Contributions – Fraud and Chargebacks

Ruby Royal Affiliates have removed a term that was not necessary. The term related to sub-affiliates and was fairly unreasonable to police.
Sub Affiliates are totally obligated to these terms and conditions, and you will be held fully responsible for their activities.
Ruby Royal Affiliates are now AGD Certified and have affiliate-friendly terms and conditions.
