Referback has added a new clause to their ‘Terms of Use’.  This clause uses the EGBA (European Gaming and Betting Association) guidelines as a basis for all affiliate marketing practices.  To view the EBGA guidelines, see: http://www.egba.eu/en/about/conduct

Change #1 – Category: TERMS OF USE

NEW TERM

2.3 By applying to be registered as an Affiliate of the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate warrants that all of their marketing activities adhere to the EGBA code of conduct

SUMMARY: The EGBA states that webmasters must not use either misleading or false advertising, should not solicit or target minors, and should not engage in spamming activities.  This term is ok so long as Referback monitors all changes to the EGBA guidelines themselves to ensure they do not infringe upon the rights of webmasters in the development of their own content.
