Purple Lounge have update their affiliate terms in regards to Rakeback and Marketing Restrictions. There is also an update/clarification to the revenue calculations.

Marketing Restrictions
Purple Lounge reserves the right to withhold payments to any Affiliates that are displaying Purple Lounge banners or links on websites that Purple Lounge does not approve of. In this instance the Affiliate will be contacted by Purple Lounge to request a removal of the marketing material. I. GENERAL 1.1


Revenue Calculations
2.6 Poker Net revenue? is calculated as the rake minus bonuses and chargeback?s. Monthly Gross Revenue (MGR) is calculated as the sum total of all Players' contribution contributions to all ''rakes'' rakes the Players were involved in while playing poker at the Website Purple Lounge, less the match deposit any credits (bonus or promotional amounts given to Players. Marketing Restrictions

In the event Properties including, without limitation, Purple Lounge, Purple Lounge Casino or Purple Lounge Poker trademarks or words that you are in confusingly similar, shall be considered to be a breach of the foregoing good faith provisions , we reserve the right to render the Tracking URLs assigned to you void and you shall have no claims against us contained in respect of such action taken by us.


Rakeback Rules
3.9: As a rule of the Microgaming Poker network, Purple Lounge Affiliates are prohibited from offering or advertising rakeback or rakeback type deals to their poker players. 3.10: Where Purple Lounge receives a fine for an infringement of rule 3.10 above the fine will be passed on in full to the affiliate concerned.


Rakeback Advertising
IX. AFFILIATE RAKEBACK ADVERTISING9.1 Affiliate ?Rakeback? advertising not tolerated. The 30% Loyalty bonus may be advertised subject to the following conditions: a.?? ?No offer may be above 30%. Any promotion cannot refer to the value as being greater than 30%.b.???? Rakeback must be referred to as Loyalty, not as rakeback, cashback, etcc.????? Operators may discuss rakeback in conversation with non-depositing players, but no advertisements using the word ?rakeback? are allowed. 9.2 Extra percentages paid by Affiliates will not be tolerated.It has come to our attention that a small minority of Affiliates are facilitating payments to their players on an ?extra cash for rake incentive?. Please be aware this is strictly prohibited and is against Microgaming?s Network policy. Affiliates who pay their players?extra cash based on their rake are breaching Microgaming?s Rakeback policy. X. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 10.1 Should any affiliates be found to be breaking the Purple Lounge Terms and Conditions or the Microgaming Rules with regards to Rakeback, their account will be immediately suspended and all monies owed will be frozen pending investigation. Should the affiliate be found responsible for breaching these rules, their account will be permanently suspended and all monies owed at the time of suspension will be retained for a period of 3 months. The affiliate?s contract with Purple Lounge will also be permanently terminated. In the event that no fines are applied to Purple Lounge, the monies owed up to the date of account suspension will be released. No further payments will be made. 10.2 Please bear this in mind when agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Affiliate Team at affiliates@purple-lounge.com
