Poker Heaven Affiliates have implemented a Minimum Activity Rule :( While they do not completely terminate the account, they DO lock the affiliate out of it (which, I assume means no commissions either for those players previously brought).

4.10 Any Heaven Affiliates account which has a period of inactivity for 6 months or longer will be locked for administrative reasons, and the partner will have to request t account be reopened by getting in contact with the Heaven Affiliates Support Team.


Summary:These terms are very short-sighted. Looks like another program I would not even consider promoting. AND —-> THE BOTTOM OF THE TERMS PAGE STILL SAYS: LAST AMENDED DATE: 25th November 2008

Poker Heaven have added a term to their contract which keeps spammers from destroying their good name.

TERMS UPDATE, Marketing, Unethical Marketing / Spam

(d) You will not undertake any activities that could be deemed unethical or illegal to promote our products. This includes, but is not limited to, cookie stuffing, any form of spamming, black hat search engine optimisation, or any form of mis-representation.


Summary:We love to see these terms added to programs. All affiliate programs should have such clauses to keep their reputations clean from this. As the US becomes regulated – look for more of these terms.

Poker Heaven’s terms have been updated to protect them in regards to late payment issues. Truly this is more of a clarification than protection, but it is now stated clearly that they may be late with payments due to processor issues at times.

TERMS UPDATE, COMMISSIONS, LATE PAYMENTS


“Force Majeure” means any event outside the reasonable control of a party affecting its ability to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any delay in Heaven Affiliates receiving payment from its relevant payment processing supplier of net poker revenue, casino net gaming revenue or bingo net gaming revenue.


Summary:This term was added in the event that Poker Heaven must send a late payment due to processor problems with are currently prevalent. It is not a predatory term and there to protect the affiliate program.
