As promised, Playshare delivers their affiliate-friendly terms updates! Effective immediately, Playshare will once again be certified at AGD and we are incredibly happy they are making this move.

TERMS UPDATE, Terms Contract, Rights and Obligations

PlayShare Partners reserves the right to amend, alter, delete or add to any of the provisions of this Agreement, at any time and at its sole discretion without advance notice to you. . Notification of these changes, by way of a notice on the PlayShare Partners website and/or a e-mailed to all affiliates, will be deemed sufficient. Your continued (i) participation in the Program, (ii) use of the PlayShare Partners Affiliate website and/or PlayShare Partners Marketing Tools (as hereafter defined), or (iii) acceptance of any Affiliate commissions from PlayShare Partners confirms your irrevocable acceptance of this Agreement (and any modifications thereto), subject to your continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. IF ANY MODIFICATION TO THIS AGREEMENT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY FIRST RECOURSE AGAINST PLAYSHARE PARTNERS IS TO TERMINATE YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

TERMS UPDATE, Commissions, Big Winner Policy

l. Big Winner High Roller Policy-

I. In any given month, if an individual player generates a negative net win of at least $10,000 (‘big winner’) (‘High Roller’), and the aggregate net win in that month (for the casino) for that affiliate is negative, then the Big Winner High Roller Policy will apply.
II. If both of the above criteria are met (see point I) then the negative net win generated by the big winner High Roller will be carried forward and offset against future net win generated by that big winner high roller .
III. The negative balance carried forward cannot be set-off against other players’ net win.
IV. If there is more than one big winner high roller, the negative balance carried forward will be split proportionally between them.

V. The negative balance of a big winner high roller will be reduced by future positive net win that they generate in subsequent months. The big winner high roller will continue like this until the total net win has been zeroed then the player shall return to the affiliate account.
VI. Affiliates who have qualifying big winners High Rollers on their account will be notified at the beginning of the following month.
VII. Progressive wins do not affect the Big Winner High Roller Policy as this payout is taken from the Progressive Prize Pool.
VIII. This applies to all affiliates on Revenue Share or Hybrid Deals only.

IX. Players registered prior to 1 February 2008 are exempt from the Big Winner Policy.

Summary:This is EXCELLENT news and follows Playshare’s recent announcement to become affiliate-friendly.

Playshare Affiliates, and their associated white label operations (such as Player’s Palace) have added a ‘High Roller’ condition to their affiliate terms and conditions

Change #1 – Category: Commissions Structure

OUR SUMMARY: Wow. That is a strange term. Not quite sure what to make of it except that I wouldn’t want to send my high rollers to Playshare casinos!
